Great quality, I’m using it under another coat. It’s warm and keeps the heat in. I live in Colorado so during the winter months it’s a good sweater to keep you warm. It’s not a coat but it’s a good second layer under a bigger coat.

I wore the jacket all day on the first day of its arrival. Very comfortable and I love all the pockets. Material is fairly thick but was hoping for just a little more. Nice and warm and a good liner for use with an outer shell if it is raining or windy. I read a comment about the front pockets being too high and not where you would expect them but I think it is just about right as most outdoor/active jackets have these 'higher' pockets. Others have said that the jacket is a bit small and others say they purchased the XL instead of large and it fit great. I would disagree. I am 6' and 195 lbs. Normally I get a large jacket or XL if I want to layer a lot under it. Based on the reviews I purchased the XL and I would say it fits as expected, just like an XL. It is just a tad to big but not so much that I returned it. Since I often use a lot of layers underneath I kept the XL even though its a smidgen too big if I am just wearing it alone. ... show more

Shipping was extremely fast, arrived in 2 days (felt like 1 day though). Jacket is definitely true to size. I’m somewhere between 2XL and 3XL, so this fit a little snug. Love the pocket features. Chest pocket is at a good height to stick hands in, and comfortable too. Material is good quality for the price. Had a slight challenge with the zipper initially, but it’s easy after you get the hang of it. Another feature that I love are the thumb holes. I wish they offered this in bigger sizes, atleast up to 3XL. The pen pocket is too short for standard length pens. And I also wish they had inside pockets. Overall good jacket. It does keep you warm. Great hooded zip up hoodie, plenty of pockets. Only complaint is how high up the front pockets sit, but that's just my preference. Probably going to buy another one. Will also make great under layer once the cold really sets in.

I use it for fishing, and it works exactly as I hoped for. I love all the zip up pockets. That's why I got it. When you wear fishing waders. You lack pockets with easy access, this solves that. It has a bit of warmth to it, has kept me dry during light rain, but I wouldn't call it waterproof or use it I know I'm going to get wet for an extended period.     • Feels nice but left sleeve is annoying.

The jacket is nice for cooler weather with a nice hood. I used it while hiking ant a nearby park and it was great. There were 2 issues 1. My left sleeve is clearly a right sleeve. The thumb hole is all the way by my pinkie so if I want to use it as a thumb hole I’d have to twist the sleeve to make it work. So I use it as a regular jacket but it’s a jacket with 2 holes. Next 2 are minor issues 2. No inside pocket. It seems like an inside pocket can be made based on the material on the inside of the jacket. 3. Not sure if I just got a bad one but the zipper is nearly impossible to zip. Maybe it’s me but I’ve had jackets like this so I’m sure I can use a zipper like this. Buy it if it’s on sale for cheap. ... show more

This is NOT a high end product You get what you pay for Waterproof? Obviously not by the material. Wind resistance, no. Protection as a base layer, sure. Functional? Sort of ..... Typically zippers on cost effective gear are pretty bad BUT in this case, for me, they are great and work well. Fabric quality is sub par, realistic for price - I am 6ft 6, 245lbs and active Arms are a little short by maybe 1 inch Torso is ideal with some space Zippers are robust and an A+ The hood with upper lip, nice touch I got this to go under my rain jacket I would recommend a thin long sleeve under this hoodie. HERE IS MY PRO AND CON'S LIST: PROS: Affordable Heavy material for chilly days Strong zippers in all areas Multiple pockets strategically placed Waist cinch Hoodie Rear Back zippered compartment Thumb Loops Reinforced Shoulder Material / Nice CONS: NOT WATER RESISTANT or WATERPROOF Slightly windproof not by much though No cinch at hoodie Double Zipper nice touch but finiky Rear back Zippers jam All in All this is a hoodie you go out and work on your car, go fishing, go hiking, go camping and get it dirty because you can easily buy another 10 to do the same thing. This item does not impress upon me that it is fashionable at all it seems to be set up to just get outside and be active in some way or another. Inside pockets are not actually pockets, are there is no closure at the bottom. Anything you put in at the top, falls thru, all they way out. It's not s warm as you'd think. Feels lighter weight than I felt it should be. Not waterproof AT ALL. No wind resistance either. I had high hopes for this, but felt ripped off.
