first of all, i have to comment on another review saying they aren't satin. they are. i think that person confused silk and satin; satin is a finish, silk is a material, so satin can be made from silk fibres, or other materials. these are not silk, nor do they claim to be. good luck finding actual silk satin sheets. i've never seen them. second, i've seen reviews complaining that they are slippery. of course they're slippery, they're satin. they're an extremely smooth, soft fabric, which i buy for two reasons: 1. i have a cat, and cat hair sticks to regular sheet fabric. it does not stick to satin, so you don't have to lint-roller your bed every time your pet gets up. 2. i toss and turn a lot, and the smooth fabric is both easier on my skin than the courser cotton, and it's quieter; now, when i sleep in hotels, i can't stand how rough and noisy the sheets are when i'm rolling around. it sounds stupid, saying sheets are loud, but try sleeping on satin pillowcases and you'll notice the difference immediately. are these sheets perfect? no. the fit is loose, so they bunch up. the elastic wears out more quickly than with cotton sheets. and they get pilly. there might be better satin sheets out there, and i've bought better, but i can no longer find them. of the ones that are left that i've tried, these are the best. if you spend much more you might get much better sheets. if you accept the limitations of these along with the lower price, they're fine. it's all about managing expectations. ... show more

I like the color and the sheets are smooth, soft and comfortable. I've washed and dried them several times so far without any problems--they're holding up well. My only complaint is that they're too loose on my mattress. I have a 14" mattress and there's too much excess with these sheets, so they wrinkle and bunch up during the night. I always have to straighten them out and tuck them back under the mattress every morning (more so than any other sheets I own). I realize they make sheets to fit a range of mattress depths, but I would say these would probably fit better on a 16"-18" versus a 14"-15" mattress. Also, between the all-around elastic and the slippery material, the fitted sheet is a real challenge to fold after washing. ... show more

These work great on my 10 inch queen mattress. They’re beautiful and for the price, they can’t be beat. I wash my sheets everyday bc of my dogs so I will say that these brand eventually pills but I still give 5 stars bc i wash so frequently and they typically hold up for 6-12 months before showing signs of pilling. I have some older ones that have started to pill and as a workaround I just flip them over inside out and they work just as well. ... show more

They’re really nice! Have a bit of a fake feel but aren’t horrible if you’re not thinking about it. They’ll do the trick and still feel good against my skin but expect wrinkling and little snags pretty quickly. Overall I’m happy I got them!
