I wanted something sheer, but not too sheer and not too textured. This fit the bill. I am currently going with a galaxy-themed bathroom but I didn't want to over-due it with a galaxy bath rug and a galaxy curtain. My solution? A sheer white curtain that I can use my galaxy projector on when I want to take a nice, long bubble bath. It turned out to be the perfect solution. I can see the galaxy projection with the sheerness but when I want a nice, understated look, the curtain alone looks clean and classy. When the regular lights are on, I can see out of the shower into the rest of the bathroom, but from the other point of view, it is not so sheer with the light that you can see in from the outside (unless you have a light directly above your tub/shower itself on). Oh are these ever gorgeous! They are partially sheer but have an almost cottony feel, a relaxed linen look. And so beautiful when paired with a clear liner. I'm using this in a windowless, insufficiently lit bathroom. The shower is like a dark cave, there is no light in it so I really needed a shower curtain to let the light from above the vanity in. This does the job perfectly. It blocks very little light, yet looks like it's a substantial material. The extra nice thing is that when I'm in the shower, I can see out through the curtain - but looking into the shower from the outside, you can't see anything. Excellent. The only thing I don't love is how short it is. Even with our super short ceilings (the rod had to be hung extra low due to a soffit), the curtain still doesn't even come close to touching the ground. It's passable, an assortment of lengths would be even better. If it came in an extra long length I'd put it in my other bathroom too! Overall though, if you don't mind the short length, this is an excellent shower curtain and I would recommend it. Hope this helps! ... show more

I absolutely love these! I fell in love with Target’s Casa Luna Gauze shower curtain but read reviews that they tend to tear easily and don’t have a good shape, despite looking beautiful and allowing light in the shower. So I came to hunt for soo me thing similar here in a neutral color. I’m really glad I chose the grey instead of white- which I almost did. I’m sure it would have been beautiful but the Grey is just the perfect lightness to it, not too dark. Perhaps it’s the lighting in my bathroom, but at times it even seems like borderline baby-blue accenting. Despite there being no blue in my home, they look marvelous. I was afraid they wouldn’t be very sheer as some people say, but I guess it depends on your bathroom and lighting. I have white tile in mine, without a light overhead, and I think they look great. I love how light can pass through but there’s still a bit of privacy (though not much). I wish they were just the tiniest bit longer but I have a tall rod. I think they’d be marvelous in a standard bathroom. They’re not as thin and delicate as some may think. I was afraid they were would gape at the top but it’s been a month and it’s perfect. This is a very nice shower curtain. It looks good. It has no odor. It is sheer enough where you can see out while showering and know if someone else is in the bathroom. No metal at the holes at the top, which is good.
