I went through several purchases before I found these. Many claim that they are blue light glasses but they are not. The flash light provided is not the test to use (discovered that on CNN). Blue light is everywhere so you shouldn't need a flash light to see if the lens is protecting against blue light, it should be obvious by any type of light. These are the only ones (out of the 10 i tried) that I found that actually protect against blue light strain. If you spend a lot of time on the computer these will help with the headaches and eye stain. I definitely feel the difference when I don't wear them. Plus they are super cute.

These look great, they have a slight yellow tint which was unexpected but not bad. I have a pretty regular sized head and they give me a headache because they’re too tight. I love how they look though.
