The sisal is a very good quality & well attached so even there needle-like claws are not doing any damage. They are mesmerized with the wooden balls in the base--which they CANNOT get out--but they keep trying. This toy is cute and surprisingly more stable and sturdy than I expected. Assembly is easy. It's not big but it's for my kitten so it works fine. Both my 3 month old and 3 years old loves it but the only thing is the balls comes off fairly easily and it doesn't take long for one or both cats to figure out how to get them out. I've tried screwing in the levels tight but it still doesn't work. It bothers me that it can come off that easily and for the cats to chase them around the apartment. It's only a matter of time that it goes missing or stuck under bigger furniture and lost forever. Overall, it's great except this one point. ... show more

I love it still just very disappointing it was already broken before I opened the box. I was able to use wood glue to fix it but I shouldn’t have to fix a brand new item.

Cute cat toy, and my cats go nuts for it. Only thing I've had an issue with is the top piece for the ball holder- if you screw it on tight enough to where the cats can't get the balls out of the toy, you break the top piece. I've loosened mine so that it doesn't fully puncture, but now the toy has no balls in it because the cats were able to pull them out. ... show more
