When I reviewed the Fire Max 11 recently it was great to see that it supports the industry standard USI 2.0 stylus specification. I went looking for a cheap USI compatible stylus to pair with my tablet and was surprised to see this official one was so reasonably priced. With my Fire Max 11 the stylus worked exactly as advertised. Once I put the AAAA battery in the stylus it paired up with the tablet automatically with absolutely no configuration required. It tracked well and operated with minimal latency. The Max 11 also ignored my wrist resting on the screen as I scribbled some notes and drawings. Because the pen supports USI 2.0 it also worked great with other devices I have that also support the standard. For example it worked just as seamlessly with Google's new Pixel tablet at a fraction of the cost of what Google charges for a similar device.

I found one game app that it doesn't seem to work on. That game is called "Puzzleton". Other than that I love using it instead of my finger.

This is the tablet I carry everywhere. I bought the case/keyboard with it. This is NOT a replacement laptop. It is perfect for reading books, or audio books, email, YouTube, and movies. They keyboard is pretty good for a portable unit. You can easily type Word Docs. I carry it everywhere. I used to carry the 7" Fire, but found the smaller size not so great for technical reading where there are illustrations. This size works. The case is magnetic on the tablet and pulls off easily. The connection to the keyboard is magnetic and attaches as easily as a Microsoft Surface. The overall package is very light weight and easily carried around. I use wireless headphones on the plane with this and it works great! Highly recommend for it's intended use.
