Cute and good material for price. But kind of difficult to tie the knots. The picturing makes it seem simple, and it pretty much is. But the tying process is tedious bc the strands are so short and not just a quick tie. You have to slowly do each one and it kind of to be a pain after awhile. and almost feels similar to having to hand tie balloon after balloon. My daughter lost interest bc of this and didn't find it fun, so she quit making it after just tying two pieces together. I will end up finishing it so it don't go to waste and she will enjoy it once it is made. ... show more

It’s a cute giftable activity that my 6-year-old daughter enjoyed making but it does have a few areas that could be improved. One - the holes for stringing the colorful mane pieces through are large so while it’s easy to pull them through each hole, it does leave gaps with stuffing still visible even after the ‘mane’ has been tightly tied. Two - it only comes with one set of stickers for the eyes, mouth, and heart embellishment so my daughter felt like one side of her unicorn pillow was incomplete. Three- the eye/heart stickers are in fact, just stickers, so they do easily come off. They aren’t going to stay unless you pull out a needle and thread and put a few real stitches through the fabric stickers. Cute activity... affordable price... giftable to little girls... but definitely has some room for improvements! ... show more

My 5 year old great niece absolutely loves it. I helped her put the rainbow pieces through the holes and she tied them. I had read reviews where they said there wasn't enough stuffing. It was filled perfect, but she broke the stuffing into small pieces. Definitely would buy again. Very happy and so is Natalie! ... show more

Bought this for my 7 yr old. We immediately started working on the blanket, and found 3 pieces had holes, and an entire stack was covered in dust bunnies( like dryer lint). Now we will need to make it shorter to avoid using pieces with holes. Very disappointed in the poor quality check. I would send it back but my daughter had already been working hard on it, and she said she’s ok being an entire row short. ... show more

I’m sadden by the quality of this product. The unicorn tears easily and where you tie the mane the holes tear. The young girl has made it but it won’t last more than a day. Not worth the money!

When I received this unicorn craft kit, it was open and one side of the box was smashed and torn. The outer package it was shipped in and the other items in that box were perfectly fine, which means the unicorn craft box was likely damaged BEFORE it was shipped to me. This kit is a gift, and I don't have time to return it, so I've had to try to repair the packaging myself as best I can. I still think the kit itself will be fun, but I'm embarrassed to give something so shoddy-looking. ... show more
