I originally ordered this hanging chair as a replacement for the one on my patio, but that plan lasted about five minutes. The second my teenage daughter saw it, she claimed it for her room, and honestly I get why. This chair is noticeably better quality than my outdoor one. My old chair only has padding on the seat, but this one offers much more cushion coverage, which makes it way more comfortable for longer lounging sessions. It feels supportive without being stiff, which is exactly what you want in a swing chair. The 350 pound weight limit also gave me peace of mind. I do not have to worry if my daughter and a friend decide to pile in together for movie nights or scrolling sessions. It comes with all the hardware needed to hang it from the ceiling, which is convenient and saves an extra trip to the store. The only problem I have with this chair is that we only have one and it has become everyone's favorite seat in the house! This hanging chair comes with the cushion and everything you need to mount it. I chose to use it with a hammock stand since my ceilings are too high. It is well made and beautiful, adding a calming corner to my house that each one of my family members uses to settle down and have a peaceful moment. I love that it serves as a decorative piece, but also functions as a soothing device. There was no assembly needed for me, as I did not use the hanging kit that came with it. The hardest thing I had to do with this was put the pillow on properly and hang it on the stand. Beautiful, well-made chair that will likely become everyone's favorite seat in the house.

We just got this in to hang in our library, for a cool place to sit in the sun. Chair looks nice, with no assembly required other than unpacking and hanging. Size is fine for one person, and with the pillow, makes for a comfy perch. Overall good value for the money for a retro looking chair.
