My new holy grail lip primer!! I have tried every lip primer on the market and returned all of them! I saw this primer on a YouTube video and decided to give it a try. My issue is lipliner bleeding into the “smokers lines” above my top lip. Nothing I’ve tried before worked. Not even a little bit! I used this primer this morning. I'm not well-versed in makeup at all, I probably know less than the average makeup-wearer my age. To me, this product worked fine. I had no allergic reaction or any negative experiences with it. It was like putting on chapstick without putting on chapstick so that my lips had a better base for lipstick and I believe that's exactly what it's for. Primer is a bit heavy so have to press very lightly to use. Plumper is great. Overall good product when I learned the necessary technique. Very innovative idea--primer with plumper.
