seems too thick but actually easy to work with
seemed paste-like but just rub the smallest amount between fingers and apply - it really does hold back oil, create a great base for makeup and actually didnt dry out my skin like all the other shadow bases. if it was just a little more pigmented to various skin tones it would be even better but favorite so far ... show more
