  • Nice tool and works well.
Style: Router
Should have bought one of these long ago. It is built solid but a larger battery makes it seem a bit clumsy but battery still way better than cords when using a router. Adjustments work well, liked the 2 bases included but best of all was the vacuum port. No complaints

  • Best!
Style: Router
Absolute top notch. Clean, consistent movement. Works like a charm. Easy to maneuver, easy to router with. Great design, spectacular power. It’s a great addition to my current Milwaukee tools.

  • Collet size is correct. Works perfectly
Style: Router
The bit size issue people are talking about is not correct. Remove the collet and it can be widened. My guess is the manufacturing process or shipping is pushing it together a smidgen to much. Easy fix. Great router

  • Nice compact router
Style: Router
A nice compact router with plenty of power. It has fine depth adjustment. I liked it so much, that I bought two!

  • Great fine work router!!!
Style: Router
Tool only order. Compact router works extremely well for fine work with gifted hands. Used this on door hinges as well as shaping some nice finished wood for mouldings. The depth adjustment is fluid and simple to use, while allowing very fine adjustments in case like myself you move more quickly with your work. Ie. Not a fine woodworker. Great quality, being an engineer I appreciate the fit, finish and most of all the motors used in Milwaukee tools. That said this tool would certainly make anyone's toolbox shine for many projects to come. ... show more

  • Little Beast Of A Router
Style: Router
This is an amazing router to use. Absolutely love it!!! I also have the Dewalt DCW600B and it is just as awesome router as well!! My Dewalt will be my primary plunge master. And the Milwaukee will be the beast on the other end of the table. I did notice a small change in the depth of the router bit as I routed out a large channel to inlay a 1/2”X1 1/2” piece of steel. Now I am not sure if this was the locking mechanism wasn’t tightened up enough or not, & I also noticed my thumb was always on the dial too. This is not something I was hugely concerned about that would make me want to give it 4 stars & not 5. Just cause it may have been my error, and it did not effect negatively what I was doing. The dust shroud is phenomenal! Working very well. Some say it’s a lil loose on the left side where you attach the shop vac, and yes it is slightly, but excellent on dust collection!! The Milwaukee in my opinion is a far better deal then the Dewalt that sells for 199.99 & all you get is just the “Bare” tool. Now the Milwaukee I bought for 159.99 here on amazon but usually sell for 179.99 and you get the dust shroud, two base plates which you have to purchase extra for the Dewalt. The Milwaukee is thinner & leaner then the Dewalt, the Dewalt has more girth to it. This may matter depending on the size of your hands. I have small hands & me personally I like the feel of both of them. I prefer the on/off switch on the Milwaukee better, it’s on the front, so me being right handed it’s easier to turn on/off, where the Dewalt is on the right side & ergonomically I have to always use my left hand to turn on/off. This is why it’s going to be my dedicated plunge router. Now this is all personal preference and what works for you. So you make the call. When the battery is dead it dies instantly. This was not an issue for me, just making anyone aware just Incase your making a money pass to maybe check battery before making that run, I do not have a professional shop, it’s my tinkering hobby that I love. I am strong considering buying a second One just for the convenience of having the multiple bits going and not having to stop & change things out. I only say this cause I think this highly of this lil beast. ... show more
