This guitar is a real eye opener! You get premium quality attributes and build for a budget price. It was set up perfect and intonation properly done right out of box. Note the strings needed to be changed as I hated their feel. Put some Ernie Ball 9's on and what a difference! This guitar is definitely punching up in weight class! Totally impressed! Fretwork is outstanding with the ss frets. Locking tuners, bone nut, coil split for both pickups, roasted maple neck..........for $300.........unreal! This is not a beginner guitar. This guitar is better than an MIM Fender! Not a standard Telecaster either. Bridge and neck humbuckers. Lots of tonal options. Neck is extremely comfortable. Unbeatable guitar for the price. This is gig ready. Love it! The blue looks much better in person than in pics! I am updating as of 12/15. This is one hell of a guitar! This guitar plays like $700-$1200 guitars. It is a bargain. I have been playing nonstop for over a month. I only made a minor string height adjustment and changed out strings for Ernie Ball strings. It is really a top notch guitar! Highly recommend!

The quality of this guitar is excellent! The value at this price is simply amazing. Stainless steel frets, locking tuners, rosewood fretboard, roasted maple neck, bone nut and an amazing looking finish. It is also very comfortable to play whether you stand or sit. Mine was pretty much perfect right out of the box. The tuners are nice and smooth and stay in tune. The pickups sound good on clean or high gain. The action on mine was at 1.5 mm and it weighs 7 pounds 12 ounces. The only negative would be the strings. I would change them as soon as you get the guitar so just know that going in.

My Musi Virgo Fusion Tele in Galaxy black just arrived. It was packaged very well, encased in styrofoam and wrapped in the usual soft styrofoam bag. Wow! this thing looks incredible. The flake really pops in 6 different colored flake.. after checking fit and finish thoroughly I found no flaws what so ever. Everything is perfect. Action was close enough to my liking, intonation was spot on. Nut was cut well and everything is right at the first fret. Frets are great. Well finished and polished nicely with no sharp ends on the rounded end of the fret. Truss rod was right on with very slight relief. Plays very well and is real comfortable. Electronics all work great. 3 way switch is tight feeling and pots are smooth with no rough spots. Coil splits work well. Glad there are two individual push/pull pots....more tone options. All in all I am more than satisfied with this instrument. It is gig ready. Better than most at twice the price.

I've been playing for over 35 years and I used to play professionally back in the day and I have owned or played my fair share of guitars. I decided to give the M Musi Fusion a try and I'm relatively happy with it. The fret work was decent, I had to tap a few high frets down. I always try tapping them down before I break a file out. The frets themselves were nicely finished. The rosewood fretboard looks good and the edges are rolled on mine. Somebody said in a previous review they weren't rolled on his guitar. Maybe it's something they started doing on newer models. The roasted maple necks appears to be one piece. I don't see a scarf joint. The bridge saddles are cheap and I'm not impressed with them. The bridge itself is decent, I didn't buy this guitar for the tremolo since I have other guitars for that purpose but it stays in tune. The tuners look to be made by Jin-Ho which are good quality low cost locking tuners. Jin-Ho makes Wilkinson tuners by the way. On the guitar I got the E - D tuners are taller in height, the G - high E are a shorter in height. Which is fine. I have Jin Hos on another guitar and they're staggered in sets of twos. So the E an A are the tallest, D and G are a bit shorter, and the B and high E are the shortest. As other people said the B and high E strings would benefit from a string tree. I was getting a slight sitar sound on the B and E and noise behind the nut which I know from experience is sometimes caused by improper (not enough) break angle behind the nut. I just did some extra winds on the G, B, and E strings to bring the string angle down a bit which did the trick for now. I may add a string tree down the road. The high E was pinging at the nut a little when I did bends so I just put some lubricant in that slot and that went away. When I get time I will file that slot a bit. The nut otherwise was cut o.k.. The neck feels like an Ibanez RG neck to me which is a good thing. It feels flatter than 9.5” on the lower frets. I don’t have a radius gauge so I’m just going by feel. In fact if I was blind folded I would think it was an Ibanez neck. I popped new strings (9 – 46) on and adjusted the truss rod to add a tad more relief and lowered the bridge a bit and the guitar plays fine. The pickups sound surprisingly good, they’re warm and clear even with a decent amount of gain, and I’m going to just leave them in there. It has a 3 way switch and separate coil splits for each pickup. The split sound is good. This is the main reason I bought the guitar, I wanted a cheap hot rodded tele with humbuckers and coil splits. The paint job is well done. I bought the one in Indigo Blue and it looks better in person than it does in photos. The metallic flake isn’t as over the top as it looks in the photos and it changes color from blue to purple depending on the angle the light is hitting it. I didn’t get a truss rod adjustment wheel tool but I had one that I use on another guitar. And the top of two saddle screws were a little worn and the allen key spun a bit in them. I also want to swap the G string bridge saddle because it’s pinging too much and I think it’s the saddle. I contacted the company and they’re sending out a truss rod adjustment tool and two new bridge saddles with screws. Overall, it’s a good guitar.
