Horrible diagonal lines through the display after installing (the dog picture isn't a weird thing on the camera, that's how it looks in person too). Also despite being centered and installed nicely using their really good installation template, the cut didn't fit my phone (Note 20). It spilled over the sides and the cutout for the camera wasn't in the right spot for the camera. Maybe the packaged a different phone template in my box? IDK, but this one was trash. ... show more

    • Not My Preference
I love the camera protectors. They are great. I just purchased this phone and figured I would try the flexible screen protector and it just wasn't something I personally was a fan of. I can see why it would be beneficial, just as any screen protector is. But it just felt too flimsy to me, personally. Additionally, it was not easy for me to install. I tried putting one on for the first time and there were a lot of bubbles, and i struggled to get it to stick at the rounded edges of the screen. I removed it and tried with a second one, and i again struggled with it in the same ways - bubbles and issues at the rounded edges. I want to point out once again - nothing against the product itself with that. I truly just struggle with these flimsy screen protectors instead of the actual solid plastic/glass ones. The screen protector did read my fingerprint with the screen protector on. However, it oddly made it more difficult for me to type on my keyboard. I had to press the "keys/letters" harder than if a screen protector wasn't on. The privacy shield did somewhat work while I had the screen protector on. You couldn't see my screen from the right or left side from a distance. However, it only subtly mutes the screen if someone is right beside you. They can still make out what is on your screen. I will continue using the camera protectors. Just not the ones for the screen. LOL ... show more
