I bought this trampoline for my daughter’s 8th birthday. The instructions are a little lacking in their explanation but some common sense and knowing what a trampoline is suppose to look like helped. I put it together myself so it took a little longer but was still only an afternoon project. So far she loves it, haven’t had any issues with it. The accessory pack did arrive separate from the trampoline and but was only a few days later.

Everything is good so far. The instructions suck and we had to redo alit of steps that could have been avoided with proper instructions but it's a good solid product and the kids and myself are having a blast on it.

We got the 16 ft because we have 5 kids, it’s plenty big enough for all of them! They were so excited to get this for Christmas. It even survived a severe wind storm! The wind move it but didn’t flip or crush it (second picture was after the storm).

Just finished assembly so time will tell, but the components seem of good quality material. I’m 220 lbs and have felt very nervous on other trampolines, but this one held my bounce just fine so it seems my usual “I’m too heavy” excuse to not have to get out of my chair to jump with my kids is now invalid. I did 8-10 hours of research in picking out the trampoline and was nervous due to lack of reviews, but am pleased with the purchase at this early stage of its life. It’s attractive and feels solid. We haven’t tried out the lights or sprinkler, but expect they’ll be fine. The assembly instructions are vague in general, but the critical aspects are pretty clear. Not counting some excavation to get the trampoline nearly level, installation took about 6 hours by myself, which could easily be reduced to 4 hours with resolution to the couple of below complaints. Not a bad experience overall, but the below complaints drove me pretty nuts in the moment: Complaints: 1. The process to fasten the bottom of the safety net to the trampoline is ridiculously tedious. It requires weaving essentially shoe strings through small holes at the bottom of the net and down through the spring loops, with tying tiny knots at the beginning and ending of each of the 10-ish strings. If the strings are unavoidable, then why not provide longer strings to negate the tiny knot tying? But, why are the strings not simply fished through a larger cavity similar to the top of the net with preinstalled hooks or similar that hook onto the spring loops? Ideally seems there could be a preinstalled/sown line of sorts with hooks. I also was seemingly one string short so will have to request they send me another, couldn’t make it all the way around the net leaving a few feet loose for now. 2. The wrench provided is impractically small, open ended and difficult to use on the nuts. Provide a better quality, close ended wrench that doesn’t slip off the nuts over and over. 3. Make the net rods snap into the metal sleeves somehow. They were frustrating to fish through the cavities at the top of the net with them slipping out of the sleeves. 4. Why is there no fastener for the trampoline rim joints? They are simply slip joints that make installation difficult by one’s lonesome (granted they recommend 2-3 people for installation, but I’m stubborn and like to work alone). Installation notes: 1. The instructions don’t mention that I noticed, but the orientation of the vertical leg pieces matters related to lining up the bolt holes with the horizontal W pieces. I luckily only had to redo one of them, but could have easily been the other way and had to redo five. 2. I also didn’t notice in the instructions to slip the vinyl material sleeves over the net posts prior to snapping in the net rods. 3. Trim the padding off the top of the post where you want to clamp the basketball goal. The clamps provided are not large enough to fit around the padding. 4. Stage the net on the trampoline and install the rods and snap into place one at a time rather than fishing all through on the ground per the instructions. I tried two rods on the ground but as I mentioned, the sleeves that connect the rods do not fasten at all and continually allow the rods to slip out. Once installed it’s no issue since there’s outward tension on them, but without the tension they’re frustrating.
