I bought this trampoline in September of 2023. In March 2024 one of our bars bent making the trampoline unusable. I got on line to contact Lyromix and was super disappointed to find out there was no contact number just email. I just thought I was going to get the run around but I have to say I was completely wrong. They responded to the email promptly. I was sent a new bar to replace the broken bar as well. Then when I took the trampoline down so I could reassemble it with the new bar I noticed another piece had broken. Once again I was emailed back promptly and sent the additional piece that was damaged. I got my replacement parts in a week from emailing the company. I'm very satisfied with the product and customer service that was given. This is my trampoline reassembled with the new parts back together for the kids to play on!! ... show more

Huge trampoline that the kids use everyday. Went together quickly (3 guys - maybe an hour or so), but the best part thus far is the customer service. One of the poles for the netting became bent - I emailed the company (lyromix) a photo and they sent the new piece at no charge in a couple of days - can't beat that. ... show more

Trampoline and accessories are overall good. The seams on the matting came undone after about a week and the ties to hold the net up come off easy if put on how the directions say. I just had to knot them. The basketball hoop is up too high where the ball always goes outside of trampoline. The sprinkler works good and the lights seem to work good. I don’t normally write reviews. I have had this trampoline for almost a year now. Had an issue with the frame which I figured would be on me to fix I have had several trampolines over the last 15 years and at this point I probably could assemble and dismantle them with my eyes closed. They really only last so long! If I were reviewing this trampoline alone I would say it’s an adequate trampoline. Stands up to Mother Nature as much as it can, sturdy and my kids enjoy it! But wow to their customer service, it was so excellent that I had to come on here and share. If you’re on the fence I would definitely buy this trampoline just based on how great their service is. They emailed me back within 6 hours and shipped me parts at no charge and they arrived very Quick. My kids are back to bouncing their energy out! They definitely stand by their product! ... show more

    • You get what you pay for
This trampoline is literally the biggest piece of Chinese garbage I have ever bought. I will list the reasons why. 1. It is unsafe and not sturdy at all because the hardware that is supposed to be for the legs does not fit properly and sits loosely in the holes so the legs can shift and move freely potentially causing a collapse of the whole trampoline. I actually had to buy my own bolts to fix this issue and make modifications to it to make it safer. 2. The instructions for assembly are horrible and will leave you figuring out how to build the trampoline on your own for most of it because the pictures and step by step instructions are awful. The pictures showing specific hardware parts are so small that you cannot identify what part you are supposed to be using and more importantly how it is supposed to fit. 3. The straps that secure the top of the net to the poles are cheap and poor craftsmanship. The first day it was even the slightest bit breezy they came undone. I had to put duct tape around then just to keep the net secured to the poles. Overall you get what you pay for. This was a cheaper option for a 16ft trampoline and it is poorly made, unsafe and not sturdy at all. ... show more
