The media could not be loaded. I went ahead and finished building this product after opening and finding used parts and pieces. I just wish if it was an opened or used product they would've offered it at a different price. It's not something I can't live with, because I'm crafty and was able to cover up some of it. I feel for the price I shouldn't have to "spruce up" a new product. Yet here we are. It doesn't look bad after the touchups, but material is lesser than that of big lots, requires meticulous assembly, and I'm pretty sure it was used(check images). The handles are the best aspect of this product. The style works perfect with the nursery. Update: Their customer service contacted me after this review to assure me this product was not used. I just may have received some defective parts, which they were happy to help with. Overall the drawer is aesthetically very pleasing, and I will be ordering another one.

FIRST OFF- HOW IN THE HE!$ they gonna ship out an ‘Assembly Required’ product WITHOUT the directions!?! THE DIRECTIONS!!!!! And good luck trying to find them online!! Nah they want you to contact the manufacturer for that info. I’ve spent 5 HOURS trying to put this stupid dresser together. It is made out of terribly cheap materials!!! I kid you not the dresser broke around the three hour mark. Just broke. Had me so heated I had to go outside!!! The supporting screws for the side walls completely broke out of the ‘wood’ so obviously no returning it now. The material can NOT support any type of weight I would recommend maybe at most 20-30 lb limit. For the whole thing!!!!! It’s still just hanging out not put together but after 5 HOURS I can’t even look at it without wanting to throw the sucka out the door!! Just save your money!! It’s NOT worth what they’re asking for the POS.

This is a cute piece. I needed drawer space in my closet and this fit the bill. However, this is made from composite board and cardboard. It was a pain to put together because the cardboard back kept sliding out. Eventually had to tape cardboard in so we could finish putting it together. The drawers are shallow. I’m glad I got it, but this will eventually be throw away furniture.
