So i loved almost everything about this bundle, except for one little thing... I have cut a few pieces of the permanent vinyl and on 2 out of 3 sheets i had an issue with the backing paper tearing off when weeding the design... So what would happen is when you weed your design, the vinyl would get stuck to the backing oaper and instead of just lifting odf the paper, the paper would tear and leave a thin layer of paper attached to the vinyl. It isnt something that makes it unusable, just a little frustrating to work with when it happens. Other than that the mats are great, the htv is great, the holographic overlay is great, and the vinyl is mostly great. Even with the little issues i had with the vinyl i would definitely buy this again and recommend it to any crafter out there! ... show more

I wanted materials I could waste and do at home projects with my daughter. This kit was exactly what I was looking for! We made cute little flowers the first night for my daughter’s wall. The tool that come with this kit are great definitely higher quality. Cardstock was a little thin but not super cheap. I used the vinyl for a bumper (window) sticker, however, someone the text pulled up during cutting so the vinyl can not handle finer details or smaller fonts but bigger projects it’s great. The included mats work great with cricut and I have been using them more than my cricut mats! Overall assessment: GREAT! This set works great for starting out. You get some much material to practice with. Not just practice with cutting but also how it look on different materials and heat settings. Personally it cost a lot more in store to get some of this stuff. The vinyl itself several of mine were scratched but the overall price makes it still a good deal. With the amount of cuts I messed up while learning pressure settings and speed I’d say having scratched vinyls not a big deal for practicing with. This kit has a lot of what you need starting out so makes for a great gift if you know someone just getting into this. highly recommend this kit.     • Great selection for any Cricut
My wife has an older Cricut, than either the Maker or Explorer. I got this as a surprise gift for her and she thought it was great. She can use most of what is included, especially the extra mats and tools. Some of the sheets she will have to cut on friends machines, but overall it was a great deal!
