First of all I really like it, but there were a few issues: I contacted the seller with no response. there was a $30 price drop within a week of my purchase, I asked for a partial refund. I thought this was very fair considering I should have asked for a full refund or replacement all together. But I didn't want to waste having to have a 2nd one sent to me, and what would I do with 2 of them? (or waste it by throwing one away?) 1)The doors were a pain to put on. The instructions were ok until this point. I had to buy wood filler and fill the holes I made and start over. Even after doing that the left door was still slanted on the bottom and defective. I used the wood filler to built up the bottom of the door and make it even. (Its masked off because i painted the whole thing) 2) The plug was defective and I had to replace it. it made a high pitched buzz when it was turned off. When the light came on it would go away. Seemed dangerous to be doing that and also the sound drove me nuts. 3) My lights work as they should, but the buttons are terrible. I see people saying how their lights dont work or other issues. I think it could be just due to the fact the buttons are dumb. its just a hard flat surface. You have no way of knowing if you pressed it or not. There is no audio sound letting you know. I've found sometimes it helps to slide my finger upwards over the buttons with pressure. I don't think asking for $30 after the price drop was too much to ask after the hassle they put me through, and plus I saved them money by not asking for a complete replacement. EDIT: After about a month the USB charge ports no longer work. They power on and off constantly ... show more

The tv stand is nice with the lights. I really liked the function that the lights were motion activated but it appears that the function has stopped working already.

The assembly was easy, and the instructions were clear; came with everything you needed to assemble the stand. But it definitely took me a few hours to finish, with breaks incorporated. Also as you can see in the pictures, the pieces has stickers still attached, which was a time consuming process to remove. Also, when the lights are turned on, the lights emit an annoying high pitched buzz. It is faint enough to ignore or drown out if my Tv is in, but still an annoyance to hear when things are quiet. Relatively easy to build. It came quickly w/o Amazon prime. It looks like what it's supposed to. It lights up well and easy to use. I like how it sits up higher for ease of access to clean under. My only real complaint is there are no access holes in the two sides, only in the middle.

This product will be easy to build for you if you have lots of patience and precise cause if you mess up like I did and start on the wrong board, it’ll take you about four hours. If you do it right, it will take less then 3. It comes with a screwdriver so I really liked that, everything is included but, it did come with minor defects. I love how it’s coming out and can’t wait to finish building. ... show more

It is a great looking product but there is paper masking sheet over the pieces that take some doing to remove. Also its best to remove this prior to assembly. I think it is designed to protect the lacquered panels but it does not come off easy. Also the cabinet doors take some doing to line up in order to close smoothly and properly. ... show more
