Just received this item, and I was happy with it for the most part, except for the size. I ordered a California king, but it is more like a queen comforter. I had a bedskirt on the bed which helped, but if you have any height to the bed just take this into consideration. Beautiful colors and lightweight. ... show more

I have been obsessed with finding an oversized blanket that hangs down on both sides of the bed looking great. The first thing I found was a oversized duvet that my husband absolutely hated!! We found this on my 2nd attempt and are in love!! On first opening the box- i freaked out because it seemed like it had a LOT of pink tint to it. Do not be alarmed!! I washed it and swear it looked more pink!!! I put it on the bed-it doesn't look pink at all. Honestly, it looks better in person than in the picture. My 2nd freak out was how thin it is! I thought dang, my 2nd Amazon buy this month on oversized blankets and he's still gonna hate it 🙄 Bedtime came, I turned the fan on and prepared to freeze- it never happened!! We stayed just as warm as we usually do with a comforter. The husband never complained!! I spent $100 on the duvet he hated and $45 on this quilt set that we both love that came with pillow shams!!
