The media could not be loaded. I have used a full face snorkel mask before, so I kind of knew what to expect. I reviewed the sizing instructions and chose the L/XL mask because of the distance between the bridge of the nose and chin. It is better to be a little large than too small, because you can drop your lower jaw a bit to seal the bottom if the mask is a little big. This snorkel/mask feels very solid. It comes with a nice little mesh bag. It would be better if there were pull tabs on both sides of the velcro closure. The parts are easy to put together, however it was a little difficult to lift the tab that releases the tube from the mask for removal. Probably not a bad thing. The mask is easy to put on and the straps are adjusted with a simple tug. The way the straps lie makes it difficult to wear a ponytail, which is how I always snorkel. The straps are positioned very close to, or over the earlobe, and I had to adjust the face position to get comfortable. The silicone surrounding the face is very comfortable, and the mask fit my face very well. I snorkeled around the pool and found one thing very surprising. I hadn’t noticed this when I was above water, but once I put my face into the water, the curvature of the mask seemed to magnify everything. It was disorienting at first but I got used to it after a bit. I have astigmatism and my husband is nearsighted. He also tried on the snorkel/mask and he had no such visual experience. I’m not sure why that was but perhaps the difference in our Rx. My husband had a little water get into the mask. His face is more narrow than mine and he has some facial hair. It helped to tighten the straps, but if your face is narrow, this might not be a good fit for you. I didn’t have any problem with the mask fogging, but it fogged around the top edges when my husband used it. There are two delicate membranes that allow air to pass between the nose section and the face section. I can feel a very slight bit of resistance when working to swim, but it is not a problem when I’m relaxed and moving slowly. My husband does not notice any resistance when he uses the mask. If you are a top-water snorkeler, you won’t mind the extra buoyancy that keeps you from easily diving down underwater very far. That’s a tradeoff with this type of mask. There are crevices that are difficult to reach that might hold water and be prone to mould. Be sure to rinse and dry thoroughly before storing. Overall, I think this mask has some nice improvements over the older types.
This type is not for diving or any sort of sport, but it is great for its purpose.

There is a lot to love about this snorkel mask: - I love the ease of disassembly and assembly of the air tube, which is critical to pack this in my luggage. - The mask offers a 360 degree view, allowing me to catch all the creatures in my peripheral vision and gives me an immersive experience. - The mask also doesn't fog up, which is a massive relief as I'm swimming in the ocean. - I opted for the coated lens version which dims the sun similar to sunglasses, but I'm not sure what the functionality is. One important tip is to make sure you measure for the right fit. Despite being a petite adult, I went for the large size and it's been secure. Unfortunately, I still have occasional leaks around the chin, so I removed one star. If you would love to explore the underwater world with a clear line of sight, this snorkel mask is worth considering.

This mask is a good mask. It has a sleek, cool look/design. The lens is polarized with a reflective glare to it (from the outside). It gives a good seal and has good solid straps. It has a very clear large viewing area under the water with no fogging. Very Important: the CO2 and fresh oxygen are segregated making this mask safe. When I wear the mask only the mouth area gets foggy and the eye section remains unfoggy. The fresh air comes in near the eyes and should never get foggy. If an over the face mask does get foggy then the mask is dangerous and shouldn't be used. This is mask is safe. The Negative: The nose/mouth check valve has a slow leak So water slowly fills the nose/mouth area of the mask. This does not prevent it from performing correctly for a decent amount of time. It will work fine with a small amount of water in there. A hard breath can help clear some if it builds up... but it is a flaw preventing me from giving it 5 stars.

I've always had a issue with snorkeling gear, the goggles, the nose plug and the mouth tube. Constantly having to adjust the tube or have a leak in the goggles, I never really got used to it. Now this mask was the first enjoyable experience actually snorkeling. It looks super goofy but it works like a charm. The mask is vacuumed tight, I have not had a leaking problem as of yet. The mask is on the cheaper side but you get what you pay for and this mask is overall nice.
