Poor quality for the price dimensions in description are wrong when bought the dimensions they say in the description would have accommodated our stereo system but they are not the right dimensions they are Over all very disappointed with item and the company that sold it to us also they said it was 399.99 and they charge me 499.99 and there saying because I got the black one it’s 100 more it didn’t say that when I bought it or I never would have purchased it and now they have changed it on there website buys beware nothing but a scam in my opinion ... show more

Took awhile to put together. Was disappointed with the flame and logs, does not look like picture. The color does not look like the grey in picture it's more of A light grey with very few brushed black accent paint. However, it's nice and packaged very well. The media could not be loaded. Our unit delivered damaged and we were able to contact the seller to request a replacement. They shipped it out quickly. It is a hheavy package! Be sure to check for damage before beginning to put it together. It took me a few days to do it alone but be patient and read instructions it's not difficult. The fireplace insert is nice. I'm glad that the heat isn't close to the floor like the portable units are so my dog doesn't hurt himself. The remote is great too. Beautiful and same size as my 86 inch Tv ... show more
