My wife and I have been wanting a fireplace in our master since we never had that before but always liked the look of it in other models. This did the trick. I’m not sure how this took anyone 8 hours to put together. I had help from my son and a drill to speed it up. It was done in about an hour and 1/2. It looks great. Highly recommend. The only con was I had a vision the shelves could hold vinyl records but unfortunately not quite deep enough. They would have to be laid flat, not showing the spine. Came with instructions, screws and things needed for installation, took my husband about 2 hours to build. The color is black wood style but can scratch easy so be careful. We got the longer size and it fits better under the tv. Overall very nice!! Also the heat warms up our living room VERY quick.

Thought it was beautiful after taking 8 hours to put together, lots of screwing things together. Love the fireplace, works great with heat or without. Beautiful lights! Great entertainment stand. I love the look! It's not as tall as I thought it'd be, but that's only because I didn't read the measurements. It very sturdy, and HEAVY. The media could not be loaded. 1- The doors that were shown in the photo are painted and not wood. They also had fingerprints on the doors, which I could not take off because they are close to the black paint that looks like wood but is only paint. 2- The fireplace in the picture is showing different colors, including yellow and red. This statement is false. There has only yellow, white, blue, and white blue. It is not anything close to picture at Amazon. The noise is awful, so I bought another fireplace from Amazon that does not make this noise. It is not normal. The instructions that were given are not accurate. It does take several hours to put together. It is worth it. Love the light grey woodgrain. I do wish I could add crystals to the flame logs, but I absolutely love this addition to our living room. Heats up the room well. Worth it!

There were a few pieces of the wood that came damaged a bit. The fireplace insert covers most of them so I decided not to bother returning. Some screws were not in the box so we had to go to Home Depot to grab more. Looks great now, but there were some slight issues. For the price I would have liked no issues. ... show more
