The media could not be loaded. Our unit delivered damaged and we were able to contact the seller to request a replacement. They shipped it out quickly. It is a hheavy package! Be sure to check for damage before beginning to put it together. It took me a few days to do it alone but be patient and read instructions it's not difficult. The fireplace insert is nice. I'm glad that the heat isn't close to the floor like the portable units are so my dog doesn't hurt himself. The remote is great too. Beautiful and same size as my 86 inch Tv ... show more

I love the final result for the price. The “wood” quality isn’t great and requires careful assembly (about six hours). Once assembled it looks great and feels really solid. It comes in two boxes and tracking showed both boxes arriving the same day but the fireplace insert was all that arrived. The second box arrived the next day but delivered to my neighbors house with some damage to the wood on one corner of the base. ... show more

A bit of a challenge to put together, and you’re going to need an extra tool or two for sure, but totally worth it when you get done. Heater looks and work great. It’s a nice little bit of extra heat right in front. Holds up the 75” tv with no problems. The concept is good. The engineering is good but the materials are cheap, lots of scuffs and scratches. A lot of assembly required. Plus they delivered to the wrong location. Not worth the cost. I would not recommend to anyone that demands quality. The fireplace itself is ok but not exceptional

Really wanted to love this because it is perfect for the space. Bought it in the spring to have for this fall. The second time we turned it on, fireplace made high pitched whining sound and died. Now there is no response/activity. My bad for not running it repeatedly when I first purchased it 😞
