There wasn't any dislikes but there were some concerns with cracks found. See images. Recommend you use a dolly to position the boxes in your assembling area, then take everything out, as shown in image, to inspect for damage that would prevent you from have a successful assembly. It took me a total of 4 hours to remove everything from the box, assemble, and positioning into place. It was a very easy assemble. The fire box is manageable but the stand is very heavy. The heat output is great and fireplace functionality is great. Well worth the money. I couldn't give it five stars due to the cracks, but I would highly recommend it to anyone that ask. A bit of a challenge to put together, and you’re going to need an extra tool or two for sure, but totally worth it when you get done. Heater looks and work great. It’s a nice little bit of extra heat right in front. Holds up the 75” tv with no problems. Our unit delivered damaged and we were able to contact the seller to request a replacement. They shipped it out quickly. It is a hheavy package! Be sure to check for damage before beginning to put it together. It took me a few days to do it alone but be patient and read instructions it's not difficult. The fireplace insert is nice. I'm glad that the heat isn't close to the floor like the portable units are so my dog doesn't hurt himself. The remote is great too. Beautiful and same size as my 86 inch Tv ... show more

The concept is good. The engineering is good but the materials are cheap, lots of scuffs and scratches. A lot of assembly required. Plus they delivered to the wrong location. Not worth the cost. I would not recommend to anyone that demands quality. The fireplace itself is ok but not exceptional

So assembly is required, if you can read and follow instructions, it will go together easily. It’s not a fast process by any means and you will need another person on stand by to help you. This product is heavy and it will require a second pair of hands. But once you get it assembled you will love it no doubt. Some customs mentioned that the heat comes on everytime you turn it “ON “ well that’s not true. If the heat temperature thermostat is set to low that might be the case. Ours has operated perfectly from the moment I turned it on. I’ve since had two friends purchase this very same unit and I assembled them for them because I’m a nice guy. We just love this. It wasn't hard to put together, just time consuming. (About 3hrs) after all put together looks even larger then expected. I did buy the biggest size. Really happy with this purchase and worth. Its every dollar.its now 100. Off and i bought this this month. I feel its really wrong to treat me this way when I spend thousands of dollars here.
