The media could not be loaded. Everything was super efficient in setting up. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver however they do provide one on an Allen key. Set up was easy and descriptive. Structurally perfect. It doesn’t wobble the finish is great! For the price you can not go wrong!

It took me 3 hours to assemble the TV stand. There were minor scratches that didn’t really bother me since they would be placed inside anyway, and not on the actual exterior. Overall it’s very beautiful and the heater works properly. I would definitely recommend.

During shipping there was damage to the box and console, although it appeared to be well packaged. Unfortunately, we didn't discover the damage to the corner on the top shelf, a chip on a door and discoloration on a support. I contacted the seller and after sending them proof of the damage, they promptly replaced the damaged parts. It came with scratches and chipped edge. Also when it was delivered the box was damaged and wet because when it was delivered they left it on the 1st floor. I’m in my 60s and had to have help to get it up 20 steps to my apartment. But it is a beautiful piece, works nicely, heats well. Instructions were written okay. Took me 3 hours to put together by myself. I would recommend this piece but I would also recommend that the company do something about the shipping! ... show more
