The media could not be loaded. Our unit delivered damaged and we were able to contact the seller to request a replacement. They shipped it out quickly. It is a hheavy package! Be sure to check for damage before beginning to put it together. It took me a few days to do it alone but be patient and read instructions it's not difficult. The fireplace insert is nice. I'm glad that the heat isn't close to the floor like the portable units are so my dog doesn't hurt himself. The remote is great too. Beautiful and same size as my 86 inch Tv ... show more

Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase. I have always loved having a fireplace by the tv/living room and this one hits it right on the mail for that warm and comfy feeling. The design is beautiful and is definitely an eye catcher as you walk in the door. I have a few complaints however. Upon getting it, I didn’t not know that the cross bar design for the glass doors are stickers.. it really takes away from how beautiful this piece of furniture is. From the pictures it looks as if they are your typical wood frame, in black, but it’s a sticker. For the price of this I expected more. Next up would be that the pre drilled holes are perfectly aligned correctly. One of the doors won’t shut all the way if assembled where the pre drilled holes are, if you a little handy it’s an easy fix. Last complaint is the fire place, with turning it on for the the light affect you still get the hot air blowing out even if you just wanted the lights. Now you are able to turn the heater off but it takes a few seconds for it to go off and stop blowing. I live in FL so hot air is something I won’t be using but is a plus. Pros: elegant, affordable, beautiful, easy to assemble Cons: pre drilled holes not accurate, glass door frame are stickers, heater turns on and stays on for a short period of time even after shutting it off. A bit of a challenge to put together, and you’re going to need an extra tool or two for sure, but totally worth it when you get done. Heater looks and work great. It’s a nice little bit of extra heat right in front. Holds up the 75” tv with no problems. Only real issue I didn’t foresee was that none of the shelves would fit my PlayStation so I had to put it on top. ... show more

Poor quality for the price dimensions in description are wrong when bought the dimensions they say in the description would have accommodated our stereo system but they are not the right dimensions they are Over all very disappointed with item and the company that sold it to us also they said it was 399.99 and they charge me 499.99 and there saying because I got the black one it’s 100 more it didn’t say that when I bought it or I never would have purchased it and now they have changed it on there website buys beware nothing but a scam in my opinion ... show more

I would have given it 5 stars but the installation process was insanely difficult because the screws and holes did not match I had to use a tool to force holes that were not there so it damaged it a bit I also was never able to get the top part of the tv stand all the way down and gave up because I didn’t want to damage it further..I am not too handy but good at building things and I did not use a power tool so it took be 5-6 hours but it came out beautiful and I’m in love with it! I definitely recommend! The tv stand also came sooner than expected and it came in two seperate boxes a day after each other! If you are looking at this BUY IT!!! ... show more
