The cabinet looks just fine fully assembled. There was only the slightest damage to one of the smaller pieces, but it wasn't in a visible area so I'm not worried about it. I was a little disheartened when I plugged in the fireplace and nothing happened. I emailed the service team about walking me through diagnosing the problem instead of requesting a new unit. They sent me a video guide and gave me instructions. After disconnecting and reconnecting some wires, everything worked exactly as it should. The quality is what you expect from pressboard but it was also a couple thousand dollars cheaper than the local furniture store. Just remember to put away the power tools when you assemble any prefab furniture. This TV stand really cleaned up the look of my living room, even with two 55 inch TVs on top. ... show more

Our unit delivered damaged and we were able to contact the seller to request a replacement. They shipped it out quickly. It is a hheavy package! Be sure to check for damage before beginning to put it together. It took me a few days to do it alone but be patient and read instructions it's not difficult. The fireplace insert is nice. I'm glad that the heat isn't close to the floor like the portable units are so my dog doesn't hurt himself. The remote is great too. Beautiful and same size as my 86 inch Tv ... show more

A bit of a challenge to put together, and you’re going to need an extra tool or two for sure, but totally worth it when you get done. Heater looks and work great. It’s a nice little bit of extra heat right in front. Holds up the 75” tv with no problems. There wasn't any dislikes but there were some concerns with cracks found. See images. Recommend you use a dolly to position the boxes in your assembling area, then take everything out, as shown in image, to inspect for damage that would prevent you from have a successful assembly. It took me a total of 4 hours to remove everything from the box, assemble, and positioning into place. It was a very easy assemble. The fire box is manageable but the stand is very heavy. The heat output is great and fireplace functionality is great. Well worth the money. I couldn't give it five stars due to the cracks, but I would highly recommend it to anyone that ask. I would have given it 5 stars but the installation process was insanely difficult because the screws and holes did not match I had to use a tool to force holes that were not there so it damaged it a bit I also was never able to get the top part of the tv stand all the way down and gave up because I didn’t want to damage it further..I am not too handy but good at building things and I did not use a power tool so it took be 5-6 hours but it came out beautiful and I’m in love with it! I definitely recommend! The tv stand also came sooner than expected and it came in two seperate boxes a day after each other! If you are looking at this BUY IT!!! ... show more

My wife and I have been wanting a fireplace in our master since we never had that before but always liked the look of it in other models. This did the trick. I’m not sure how this took anyone 8 hours to put together. I had help from my son and a drill to speed it up. It was done in about an hour and 1/2. It looks great. Highly recommend. The only con was I had a vision the shelves could hold vinyl records but unfortunately not quite deep enough. They would have to be laid flat, not showing the spine. We just love this. It wasn't hard to put together, just time consuming. (About 3hrs) after all put together looks even larger then expected. I did buy the biggest size. Really happy with this purchase and worth. Its every dollar.its now 100. Off and i bought this this month. I feel its really wrong to treat me this way when I spend thousands of dollars here.
