The cabinet looks just fine fully assembled. There was only the slightest damage to one of the smaller pieces, but it wasn't in a visible area so I'm not worried about it. I was a little disheartened when I plugged in the fireplace and nothing happened. I emailed the service team about walking me through diagnosing the problem instead of requesting a new unit. They sent me a video guide and gave me instructions. After disconnecting and reconnecting some wires, everything worked exactly as it should. The quality is what you expect from pressboard but it was also a couple thousand dollars cheaper than the local furniture store. Just remember to put away the power tools when you assemble any prefab furniture. This TV stand really cleaned up the look of my living room, even with two 55 inch TVs on top. ... show more

Our unit delivered damaged and we were able to contact the seller to request a replacement. They shipped it out quickly. It is a hheavy package! Be sure to check for damage before beginning to put it together. It took me a few days to do it alone but be patient and read instructions it's not difficult. The fireplace insert is nice. I'm glad that the heat isn't close to the floor like the portable units are so my dog doesn't hurt himself. The remote is great too. Beautiful and same size as my 86 inch Tv ... show more

We just love this. It wasn't hard to put together, just time consuming. (About 3hrs) after all put together looks even larger then expected. I did buy the biggest size. Really happy with this purchase and worth. Its every dollar.its now 100. Off and i bought this this month. I feel its really wrong to treat me this way when I spend thousands of dollars here. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase. I have always loved having a fireplace by the tv/living room and this one hits it right on the mail for that warm and comfy feeling. The design is beautiful and is definitely an eye catcher as you walk in the door. I have a few complaints however. Upon getting it, I didn’t not know that the cross bar design for the glass doors are stickers.. it really takes away from how beautiful this piece of furniture is. From the pictures it looks as if they are your typical wood frame, in black, but it’s a sticker. For the price of this I expected more. Next up would be that the pre drilled holes are perfectly aligned correctly. One of the doors won’t shut all the way if assembled where the pre drilled holes are, if you a little handy it’s an easy fix. Last complaint is the fire place, with turning it on for the the light affect you still get the hot air blowing out even if you just wanted the lights. Now you are able to turn the heater off but it takes a few seconds for it to go off and stop blowing. I live in FL so hot air is something I won’t be using but is a plus. Pros: elegant, affordable, beautiful, easy to assemble Cons: pre drilled holes not accurate, glass door frame are stickers, heater turns on and stays on for a short period of time even after shutting it off. Excellent tv stand. Was worried it would arrive damaged because its common for these types to. It was also easy to put together, clear instructions and did not have any issues with holes lining up like some other reviews suggested. Seems like this will hold up but time will tell!

I would have given it 5 stars but the installation process was insanely difficult because the screws and holes did not match I had to use a tool to force holes that were not there so it damaged it a bit I also was never able to get the top part of the tv stand all the way down and gave up because I didn’t want to damage it further..I am not too handy but good at building things and I did not use a power tool so it took be 5-6 hours but it came out beautiful and I’m in love with it! I definitely recommend! The tv stand also came sooner than expected and it came in two seperate boxes a day after each other! If you are looking at this BUY IT!!! ... show more

My wife and I have been wanting a fireplace in our master since we never had that before but always liked the look of it in other models. This did the trick. I’m not sure how this took anyone 8 hours to put together. I had help from my son and a drill to speed it up. It was done in about an hour and 1/2. It looks great. Highly recommend. The only con was I had a vision the shelves could hold vinyl records but unfortunately not quite deep enough. They would have to be laid flat, not showing the spine. I guess these are not real world problems though. ... show more
