I really appreciate the quality of this item. It is made from real wood. The instructions were very clear, and they even included an extra bag of hardware for spares. They don't utilize the whole fireplace area for the flame, but it's still very pretty, I love it 😍 ♥️

I like the curved fireplace versus the flat version. I have a 65" TV on top and it looks quite nice. The quality is as expected for the price range and it is sturdy. Booklet is easy to read and follow and all of the hardware is marked. We are quite pleased with the unit and delivery and would buy from this company again. I just finished putting this together and I'm so happy with the result. The mantle comes in two boxes and I picked it up from a package room and it was very heavy. I was unable to lift it myself so I had to get help to move it. Once I took it out of the box the instructions were very clear and easy to assemble because all the holes are predrilled and parts well labeled. That being said, it did take 3-4 hours to actually finish the assembly just because there's so many parts that need assembly and each part is held together by multiple fasteners. Again, this is a double edge sword because it is a sturdy piece of furniture. For reference, the TV in the picture is a 55". In my opinion I think you should buy this piece, but have a few movies or audiobooks to keep you company while you settle in for an evening of assembly. ... show more

First there was a problem with my order.I received the wrong cabinet but the correct fire unit. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful. They corrected the problem right away and I received my replacement in days. They were so easy to work with. A handyman came and put it together and I am so happy with my purchase.
