A lot of shorts are either way too long or way too short - these ones have a perfect length. You're not gonna show bits you don't want people to see, but they're also not overly long either. I'm 129 at 5'2" and ordered a medium. They seem super comfy and also very stretchy. I'm ordering two new pairs in the small size - I think the medium is a smidge too big for me (mostly because they are so stretchy). They also have a very small (intended) slit on the bottom sides of the shorts - helpful to avoid any splitting issues. Also, the material is good - soft, not stiff like some jean shorts can be. Anyway, I like em enough to want at least two pairs. tldr; comfy and flattering shorts, might size down due to stretchiness

These are my new most favorite shorts ever! I bought a size smaller than I typically wear and they fit SO well. The material is soft and stretchy while still looking like jeans. The distressed areas are very modest and can be lined by the pockets. All 4 pockets are real and functional.

I ordered based on my measurements and the item was too large on me. This was probably due to the fabric being very stretchy, but it’s also very thin denim and felt on the cheaper side. However these would be very comfortable for travel or if you would be sitting a lot throughout the day.

These shorts are soooo comfortable and true to size. I have worn and washed several times and they are holding up well. Best part is they are NOT HIGH WAISTED! It is so hard to find shorts that fit! I am average built with no tummy but I do have curves. I have now purchased 3 pair I like them so much especially for this price point! For reference 5'9" 200 pounds XL fits perfect.
