The media could not be loaded. I should have reviewed the reviews more thoroughly. Someone had posted on another color that the threads were ombré, I assumed it was just for that color. We got the navy one expecting it to be navy stripes. But it is ombre. Overall, it works well. It looks nice. The material thick, not water proof, we have a liner, not sheer (which we didn’t want). This is a nice shower curtain, it looks great but when we took it out of the package it stunk like sour milk. It made our whole bathroom stink. The instructions say dry clean only so I just sprayed some Fabreez on it and so far it’s fine, doesn’t stink anymore. So if you buy this you may want to also buy a bottle of Fabreez. ... show more

I love this shower curtain. It has a linen look to it and is thin like linen. The blue tones are great similar to slate blue and it is pure white. It looks awesome in my bathroom. It is not water resistant so I use the clear liner behind it.

I took my chances with the smell after reading many reviews. My shower curtain smelled like vomit. I tried to air it out but it did not help at all with the smell. The curtain is very pretty and I loved the way it looked so the smell was too much so I decided to wash it to get rid of the smell. I followed the instructions to wash it very close. It no longer smells but some of the yarn is a little discolored now. I currently have it in the dryer on low heat the delicate setting. I am hoping it looks better after being dried for a little while but I am sure it will not. :( If the smell is from wool yarn I am shocked! Curtain looks nice and using a clear liner with it - the only thing is they had a very weird smell upon opening package. I hung them up and will see if airing them out will take care of it. If not I'll throw it in washer. Very nice curtain, keeping it.
