I purchased this curtain to go in a guest bathroom. One reason I loved the curtain is that the product photo showed pleats in it. When I received the curtain, it was pretty wrinkled (expected) out of the bag. I ironed it about 4 times as it is kinda hard to get the wrinkles out. I also made my own pleats by ironing the curtain to get it as close to the photo advert as I could. It turned out great. I ordered the gray and it's pretty light. I would almost say it's either a very very very light gray or a taupe color. It still goes great with my decor. ... show more

I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the fabric. I was expecting a tighter weave (see close-up photo). You'll definitely have to stream iron it out of the package as it's a linen-weave fabric and comes out very wrinkled. I want fully satisfied with the way it hung after ironing, as you can see in the photo, it looks more gathered than pleated, but that's just my personal preference. I had wanted the pleated look in the original Amazon item photo. Perhaps it will flatten a little with hanging in the steam from showers. The buttons are ok, but some "droop" and I'll have to hot glue to the curtain to make them look uniform to the others (also visible in the close-up photo). I hung this with a white fabric line on an inexpensive double hook ring also available at Amazon and for the price, it'll do. First, I'd like to say that the package arrived in perfect condition, it was well packed. The curtain itself had no problems. It was in perfect condition and it had no odors. I did have to iron it but it was no big deal. After hanging it, the material hung just like in the picture. The buttons were well attached and they added just what was needed. This product is not true to color as displayed on the Amazon site. The bottom half of the curtain is actually a beige color (ecru). When my other items for this bathroom come in, I will see if it works. Hopefully I won't have to return it.

This is thick and heavy. Only negativity I have on it is that when I unwrapped and unfolded it, I did have to take a little lint machine to it. There were lots of what looked like lint dust all over. You can see it on the dark navy color. It’s made out of linen cotton. I wished they had at least “dusted” it off before packaging it in. It just looked dirty. I almost returned it. I felt like they didn’t care about the presentation of their product and I spent over 30 minutes trying to shave off the lints. What saved it was the fact that I love the dark navy color tied in with the contrast linen color and cute buttons gave it a unique look from country chic to modern depending on the look you’re going for. ... show more

This was perfect! I was upgrading my kids bathroom to a more mature look. This looks so pretty! The fabric doesn’t look cheap.(Phew! I was worried.) The large wooden buttons add a pop of cuteness. Overall, I absolutely love this shower curtain. An issue for me was that I ordered gray/white and it doesn't appear to be a true gray; it almost appears to have a beige/mauvish undertone so having a little bit of a hard time matching with a window curtain. The bottom part is like a vintage off white look which I love. The curtain, in the "grayish" area, did have a couple small spots that appears to have a different color thread and one very small area that appeared to be a hole but these issues were hidden after hanging so I did not return it. It does feel like a burlap type heavier grade material. I did have to steam the curtain quite heavily for wrinkles but it turned out beautiful and I've received many compliments on it. The buttons are a lttle large (measured 2" diameter) but personally I liked them since they add to the shabby chic look I wanted. ... show more

I love this shower curtain, it is unique. I also bought a second shower curtain, which I made the valance from, I also covered a wooden crate to hold lotion, used the excess fabric to back the wall hanging and covered a small vase in the fabric. Well worth the money.
