Note: this for gong fu tea, brewing loose leaf tea with lots of leaf and not too much water. Think of it as the tea equivalent to espresso. Hence, the pot and cupscare smaller than western tea sets. Beautiful pottery, and ingenious little padded case. Includes teapot, 4 rather thick lipped cups, a tea canister, AND a water reservoir tea tray. Also a towel, and tongs. No gong dao bey, but otherwise a very complete little set. Purchased as a gift so I did not try it out myself, but it appears to be a well designed set for gong fu tea. ( filter holes are larger than I'd like but that's to be expected). Considering purchasing another for myself.

This is the perfect tea set. A little on the small side but I expect that for the Japanese style ones. Definitely recommended for anybody who likes Japanese style teas or even just Japanese style anything. Excellent decor item as well as usefulness.

Great set, looks nice, has a good value, however, when pouring, it slides down the side and gets all over the place. It's fine if you make sure to pour over the tray.

This is such a lovely gift for someone or for yourself. It comes complete with six cups, a teapot, a fairness cup (small pitcher), infuser and stand, tea storage pot with fabric cover, tea clip (bamboo tongs), towel, bamboo tray, and a wonderful case to securely hold it all. The set is so well-made. All of the ceramic pieces have a black matte glaze on the outside. The teapot, cups, and fairness cup have a glossy tan glaze inside. The tea storage pot and the teapot lid have a tan unglazed interior. The lid for the tea storage pot is fabric covering either soft wood or cork. It adds an elegant accent to the set. The case is wonderfully designed. It is a leather-like surface, and there is a foam insert to hold all of the ceramic pieces securely. The lid has an elastic strap to hold the bamboo tray. Finally, the black plastic tray (very thick, durable plastic) lays across the top of the ceramics to further protect it. Periodically, I come across a product on Amazon that I wish I could give more than five stars as a rating. This is one of those products. Easy ten stars.

Avoid this set and company altogether, the tea pot is unusable, if you must go for this set get the 360 giwan set not the tea pot

This Gungfu Tea Set is really nice. It's made very well and is a quality product. I recently lost several of my tea pieces due to a flood. I'm still trying to get over the loss. Some item's are not replacable. This Gungfu Tea Set seemed like a good replacement set until I can find new pieces. The tea set came neatly packaged in a leather zip up case. What you can see in the pictures is everything that comes with this lovely tea set. Everyone from the tea table to the tea tongs. It's not junk by any means. It truly is crafted well. I just started enjoying it a few day's ago. If your a tea lover you'll really lke this set.

My wife is from China and takes her tea drinking very seriously with very specific steps (almost like a ritual). She has many (too many) tea sets, but she loves the fact that this is so travel friendly and everything can be packed in the one bag. Her only wish is that the bag had a section to stick her pouches of tea as right now she sticks unopened tea packets in the teapot and cram in a few more along the top. Overall I would recommend for any tea lover you know! It makes a great gift.
