Don’t waste your money. The magnet was good for about one use but It no longer attaches securely & will even sleep a little once I place It on the stand. The other day It slipped off completely. Pretty ridiculous for the price.

This is the second stand that I have purchased, and the second one that I'm not so impressed with. The bottom line is poor magnet strength. I paid too much for my Ipad Pro to have it drop onto the table just from a bump of the table. Buy in person. That way you can test it out before buying.

The magnet on this stand does not work. Everytime I would try putting my ipad on this it would slip and fall. If I could give negative stars I would.

    • Expand the usability of your iPad - for a price
This is a really nice stand - it’s a bit stiff out of the box, but gets easier to work with as you use it. It securely holds the iPad (it actually seems like it might hold both a 12.9 and an 11 - I’ve only tried the 11” Pro and it work just fine) and allows you to position the iPad up for better visibility and allows it to rotate easily between vertical and horizontal (landscape and portrait) orientations, meaning you can make the best use of the available screen space. It’s heavy and seems to be very well made - and, unlikely similar products out there - it DOES fold entirely flat, making it easy to break down and fit in your bag. Perhaps the only really downside about the item itself is that it does require you to remove your iPad from any sort of case or protective shell - the magnets really only hold securely if they’re on the metal of the iPad itself. Beyond that, the real question is the price - you do pay for what you’re getting here. If you use your iPad as a second screen a lot or want it up higher on a stand and don’t mind having it out of the case, the benefits here are substantial. And if that’s what you’re looking for, this is well worth a try! ... show more
