Very disappointed. The lululemon writing on the strap disappears as you extend to make it larger. You can only see it on the inside of the strap. It’s like it was put on backwards. There is definitely a design flaw here. This will be returned. Update 9/10/2025: I also want to add that the seller tried to charge me $6 for returning a defective item. This is unacceptable and poor business. Luckily I spoke with Amazon customer service and they emailed me a free shipping label. Lastly, when you click on customer support it provides you a number for Lululemon. When I called them they stated they do not sell their products on Amazon, so the entire return process was very confusing and time consuming.

i think the bag is really cute! although it didn’t come how it looked in the picture, the strap doesn’t say lululemon on it and the lululemon logo is sideways, other than that i love it!

The shoulder strap logo is sewn on the inside, which is different from the picture. I feel like the shoulder strap is wrong.
