They’re very study and high quality luggage. Yes they’re pricey, but they’re well worth it given how well they protect your belongings. If you’re looking for high quality protection this is it. They’re also very sleek, I get lots of compliments when traveling with them as they aren’t as common. Zipper luggage is old news, this is a great product that I’d definitely recommend. Also the wheels are very smooth riding and they’re very light given the well construction of them.

Researched quite a bit before deciding on this one as a gift for my mom who started to travel in her torrent age. was not disappointed. It’s solid, rolls nice, has made it through 5 trips for my mom now and she loves it. Still no signs of wear.

I purchased a 28-inch LuggeX luggage on November 20, 2023, and I was pleased with it, as it was very easy to roll around and felt sturdy, yet remained very light. I am not a fan of zipper-up suitcases, so I choose a robust luggage trunk like this LuggeX. By the end of August 2025, it was time to pack and go on another trip, and that's when I discovered that the smaller mid-lock latch of the three latches was broken. I thought for a second and then looked up the manufacturer on the internet, finding their website with information and an email address. I could always write them an email and tell them about my problem. As said and done, on September 3, they replied and said they would happily send me a new latch in the mail, so that's what they did. However, nothing happened. I received a new email from LiggeX, stating that the latch is backordered and could result in a delay of up to a month. In exchange, they offered to compensate me with a new, upgraded luggage bag if I accepted, which I did. They were totally fine with this as the product comes with a 3-year warranty, so they took responsibility for that. I received the new bag on September 21, and I noted the improved, stronger latches on this luggage. I want to give the company five stars out of five for the prompt correspondence and solving the problem to my satisfaction. I 100% back the company for going the extra mile to compensate me for a broken latch.

A great suit case with a weak latch. The latch was broken during the first trip on the return flight! = I know ground crew can be tough on our bags, but this is a first occurrence for me in many flights abroad using other suitcases. + I contacted the manufacturer and did not get a response in 2 months. Update: I just received a response (May 3, 2023) for a refund after this review was posted here. I was already reimbursed by Emirates Air, so I will not need this money ;) ... Now I have to consider other brands to replace this 'Made in China' product. Update: I can see that this same plastic TSA latch is used on many other 'Brands' of suit cases :(

Bought this suitcase at the end of October. Used it the first time today and one of the wheels fell off. The wheel completely snapped off. I now have to buy another suitcase while traveling. Awful product!! Update - after I contact the seller, they replaced the suitcase. Changing the review from 1 star to 4 for quick response and the customer service

Very sturdy, very aesthetically pleasing luggage. It glides effortlessly and smoothly. The durability gives me confidence that it'll be fine whatever the baggage handlers do to it. The price is a little much for some people, but if you can afford it buy a nice luggage once, instead of a crappy one twice.

This has no zippers which are easy to defeat. Size is roomy, and the quality is tops. Wheels make it easy to maneuver. Would highly recommend this case. Great price too.

6 months of travel and wheel broke off. Can’t find any way to order a replacement to fix it. Slight denting on corners and crack starting. Other than that it has been a good suitcase for almost a full year of weekly travel even with missing a wheel half of the time.
