I don't do a whole lot of traveling by airplane, my traveling tends to be in cars, so my one concern with this set probably won't be truly tested. That one concern is how durable the shells of the suitcases are. They are made of a hard plastic that does flex (picture of my finger pushing down on the surface making it flex); however, I would be concerned with rough treatment, it may be prone to cracking. With the use these will be getting from my handling, that would be highly unlikely though. As this is just a conjecture and all of the other features are super, I did give the set five stars. The wheels on this set are wonderful! I have never handled any luggage before that rolls so smoothly and easily even when fully loaded (which, by the way, helps with making the sides of the case not flex as much so less likely to have troubles if handled roughly). The wheels can be put on, or taken off, with a simple push of a button by each wheel, so if you wish to protect the wheels when flying, they could very easily be removed at the last moment. The telescoping handles unfold well and also click into their locked positions well. The innards of the suitcases are also nice in that they all have a zippered section on one side of the opened case along with straps. The outside zippers work smoothly on all of my cases. The cosmetic bag is nicer than I was expecting and very customizable. I doubt I will use it for cosmetics, but I am pretty certain it will be used for electronics as it lends itself very well for that purpose. The blue color of my set is also quite pretty!

I'm pretty darn impressed with the value of this set, and that's even with the cosmetics case thing being completely useless to me. It's a very nice little case, high quality with removable dividers and a strap that allows you to slide it over the handle of your suitcase. It's just not useful for me. It could also be easily used as a camera and camera parts case. As for the rest of the luggage, it's very, very nice. The locking zipper design is pretty cool and it works well. The cases are all expandable, except for the smallest suitcase, presumably because it's carry on size. The wheels are removable! What a great idea. While they advertise this for the ability to replace damaged wheels, I see it as being an awesome way to prevent damage in the first place. You can pop them off very easily via a little button by each wheel and then you can toss your luggage on the conveyer and not even have to worry about the damage. That is if you want to carry the wheels with you, and understandably some may not want to do that. There is a flap inside all of the cases that is a separate pocket, but also creates a divider between the two sides of the case. Sadly, I just got back from a trip and it will be a little while before I am able to travel again to actually use this and test the durability of being tossed around by baggage handlers. Regardless, I loaded one of these up with all kinds of heavy stuff and drug it around our driveway and through our house to at least test it out a little. My only question is the material they made the case from. I realize that this seems to be the way that luggage is going in terms of how it's made these days (my luggage is the old, heavy canvas style) but it's thin and flexible. So it makes me wonder if it will flex enough when dented or if it will crack? Will I be able to pop the dent out? I guess only time and use will tell, but if something happens to it within a short amount of time, I will update my review. One of my cases came with a pretty good scuff on it. Not a big deal to me. One of the zippers on mine catches slightly and you can see there is a little weird spot in the zipper, like the teeth are bent or something. It's not missing any teeth, though. They are YKK zippers (at least they are stamped as such) and that's a very high quality of zipper. The handles extend/retract smoothly and secure easily and the lock holds. So like I said, the quality seems really nice, the features are excellent, and so to me, the value is outstanding. This is by far the nicest luggage set I've ever owned. I'm old and I travel a fair amount, so I feel like I'm qualified to rate this accurately, although I will admit that I don't replace my luggage often, so I'm not overly familiar with the news stuff that's on the market. I would absolutely order this set again if I had to.

If you travel for short trips and sometimes for long trips, then you know that it’s important to have the right sizes of luggage. A good way to get the size variety you need is with this four- piece luggage set. I knew this was a four-piece set, but when the package arrived, I thought it was for only one piece and I wondered why I didn’t receive the other boxes. Then, I opened the box and discovered that all four pieces were there. Each case was packaged inside the next largest one. I had all four pieces and didn’t even know it. A very good use of space and waste elimination from extra boxes, so kudos to the manufacturer for packaging this way. With the luggage pieces themselves, there is much to like about this set. The pieces are hard sided, so I feel safe placing something inside them that could break. The wheels are free- moving, making it seem like it’s floating when you push it on a flat surface. The two largest pieces are expandable, too, so they can hold even more than you would expect. There are many zippers and compartments inside this luggage. I like the outside zippers, too, because they are sturdy and not likely to break. I cannot count how many pieces of luggage I have used over the years that I had to throw out because the outside zipper broke. I don’t anticipate that happening with these. There is a TSA lock feature with this luggage, which is an added plus. The wheels are easy to remove, too, if you’re so inclined. They pop off with the push of a button. Overall, this is a really nice set of luggage that should suit my needs for a long time.
