The media could not be loaded. I received my luggage for my big trip I had planned out the country which looked nice until I packed all my stuff up & was headed to airport to find out the carry on handle would not pull up it & was completely stuck. The locks were set to 0 I hadn’t even did anything to them or touched them This was a inconvenience to me and now my travel because I have to get this thing thru the airport, on trains etc and now I don’t have a handle I can’t even attach the smaller bag on top anymore so now that has to be carried. I would return but I need luggage and my trip is today. Completely disappointed what I thought was a good purchase end up being not so good after all.
