This is an update to my previous review. This company is amazing and stands behind their product. They replaced the bag with the broken zipper immediately and just in time for holiday travel. I love the set, however the only reason I can't give it five stars is because on my first trip using the large suitcase out of the country the zipper came off track and I had to pay to have it wrapped. Other than that I love the small carry on that I can keep my personal items in and it rolls very well.

Travel could be stressful especially if you are away from your travel possessions because you decided to check your brand new bags in. First off my recent travel to Florida and then DR was fantastic and all the bags used held up pretty well only a few scratches and marks once it leaves your grasp and goes behind the scene to get loaded on the plane. But those were all superficial marks. The extended handles worked great and felt relatively fine when moving through the airport; even if you rolled it on all fours or dragged it on two wheels no hang up or disappointment. On my second travel the largest bag zipper stitching didn’t hold which I do believe my girlfriend slightly overpacked but still underweight according to the airport scale. We still maybe able to salvage this bag and get a couple of more uses out of it further investigation is a must. Although the mishap on the third trip these bags are still recommended because of the price and quantity of bags for the price.

I returned these the day I opened the package. The color and style looked beautiful, so that was a good thing. The zipper seams were not straight, could tell they would separate easily. The wheels and wheel mechanisms are made of plastic, and didn't seem like a sturdy plastic at that. The shell of the case seemed very flimsy as well, I can't see these holding up at all. I don't fly, but if you are looking at these to take on an airplane, I would look elsewhere. If I didn't think they would hold up to my piddley weekend trips in the car, there is no way they would withstand airline baggage handling. The 3-4 smaller sized cases did not have handles on the wide side of the case either, I am short, if I carried them from the shorter end, they would have drug on the ground, and I definitely didn't trust the wheels to work all the time or not break. The return was relatively easy & quick, so that made me happy.
