I absolutely love these suitcases, however, I tried to reprogram the lock but it never worked, I even looked up YouTube videos and still can't change the code. The suitcases are very sturdy and a great value. Only wish I had the security of knowing that I'm locking my cases with my own code. Poor instructions. I kept them because they were a last minute purchase before a trip and I needed to use them. I have since allowed family members to use them and they also really like them.

This set is great. It survived a trip to the philippines where I stayed for 3 weeks. I traveled from Chicago to LA on American Airlines. Then LA to Manila on Philippines Airlines. The wheels are surprisingly buttery smooth and the pink matching set is beautiful. My fam kept saying how visually nice it was, along with the sturdyness since it survived 2 flights being fully packed (2 luggages with max 50lbs check in) Downside. Unfortunately one of the larger luggages did not survive the return trip. I took EVA Airways back with a stop over in Taipei. The wheel on one luggage was completely gone. (See "Second Use" luggage image). This wasnt just a lone issue. A 10 year old regularly used samsonite we packed also had a missing wheel. DOWNSIDES: Unfortunately this would have been a 5 star if it werent for 2 things. 1. The locks are bot TSA approved. This is easily fixed by buying locks to use instead, but is still disappointing to find out. 2. A wheel breaking. This is less of a downside since the ole reliable samsonite luggage also broke. This tells me its more EVA Airways and/or Ohare handling issue. In all, this set is well worth the money. I will 100% buy it again to replace the broken large luggage. Also, the smallest roller is cute and held up great. It got regular use during my trip as I hotel hopped and island hopped. I'm able to fit 4 days worth if clothes in it. 5 days if I really push its limit. Just watch out for the large luggage if you're traveling back into OHare or using EVA Airways. Pack the check in luggages a bit lighter than the max weight limit.
