Pros - These chairs are very attractive, sturdy, had great instructions for assembly and we’re reasonably priced. The customer service was excellent because I had a problem with one of the chairs and they responded replacing not just an individual part but the entire chair. Hence I bought a sixth one. The chairs were perfect for my needs. Cons - if you live in extremely hot climate these chairs will not hold up perfectly. We had 108° days soon after putting the chairs out and the backs of two of them started curling from the heat. As I look at them now four of the chairs have arms that are kind of caved in as well, whereas the two new ones are straight across. If you live in a cold climate this won’t be an issue but I wish I had known about it. (In the photo the four old chairs are on the corners and you can see the difference) ... show more

I got these a few weeks ago for use on my back deck along with the matching table. First let’s give a big shout out to this company for including a T handle Allen wrench. It’s a small thing that probably added 30 cents to their production costs but saves the avg user a lot of time and frustration instead of having those lousy little L wrenches. I have my own T handles but this is a nice touch if you don’t own a set and makes assembly much quicker. As for assembly and packaging it was pretty straightforward. Each chair took me about 15-20 minutes with zero issues. So why the three stars? Honestly I would say it’s a 3.5 star chair. I just don’t feel like they are incredibly solid. The back feels a bit flexible and once you are in it, it seems fine but I get the feeling that if you plopped down hard in the chair something would snap as it flexes a fair amount. I’m not a huge person at 6ft 185 but when I drop into the chair it creaks a bit and I can feel the back flex. I am going to go back through them and make sure everything is tight now that I have sat in them for a while and they have “settled”. I frequent a local racetrack and they just purchased about 20 Adirondack chairs and those ones are rock solid. Theirs feel commercial grade and these seem a little more consumer grade. I have no idea what they paid for theirs but they certainly seem more robust. All in all these are decent but I have concerns around their longevity from my initial impressions. Edit: I upgraded my review to four stars. After sitting in them for a few days I took another pass at the screws after they had settled in to where I placed them. Without over tightening them a number of the screws used to build the chairs did snug up and overall the feel is more solid than when I first put them together. ... show more

This was a great buy. It was intuitive and easy to assemble, great color - just what I expected it to be. It is quite comfortable, sturdy. I think it will hold up very well in our Arizona sun. Happy with this purchase. Will buy again.
