This kennel is so well-made. It is the only one my father’s poodle cannot chew or break out of. It is safe and he actually loves going inside to rest. Not only is it amazing quality, but the customer service is five stars all around. My father was extremely distressed because the key went missing. Love it. Measurements are correct. I order the intermediate size perfect for my 5 month old puppy to grow up to fit just right. Malinois I had to go to their website Lucky Duck to order name plate. I was so surprised it came the same day as my crate came.
