The TV stand is very confusing to put together. Even with the directions it was not always clear on how the parts should go together. Looks decent when put together but I wouldn’t spend the money on it or suggest it to anyone. Also, half the comments on here don’t make sense for the tv stand. Very nice stand and made the room look great. Wanted something to put the TV up higher so it’s easier to see comfortably from the bed. It was larger than expected but works for the space, so that was on me for not measuring properly and it still looks really nice. Sturdy and good quality, as well as price. Also didn’t take too long to put together. I didn’t notice there were LED lights - I don’t prefer them but I guess it’s a cool extra feature. I’m happy with the purchase.

The customer service is not GOOD. They keep telling you they need more information, pictures of the damage, then circle the parts and so on. I have been working on this issue for over a week and all I get is a runaround. Here are the conversations with them. The most irritating is you deal with different people each time. We purchased your 70 inch TV Stand Model # H1004-178 and assembled the stand over the weekend. The stand looks great except for the doors. They don"t even up and the right side scrapes the bottom of the stand. I presently have the doors together by placing cardboard under the right door. Is there anything that will correct this issue. Two significant pieces came broken in half, so that was frustrating. To avoid returning, we just used super glue and black duct tape to fix it and that worked. I also want to note that all of the reviews on this product listing are not for the product pictured, which I was aware of prior to ordering. I decided to take a gamble on it, though, since it was fairly priced and I needed a larger TV stand. Overall, it looks nice and seems sturdy for the price. I would just be mindful that some of the pieces may arrive broken. Assembly was also pretty tedious, so be sure to set aside an hour or two to put it together.

The only thing not installed is the TV mount and bracket. Can't install it only because holes don't line up with TV bracket with mount on stand. Other than that, it works beautiful.
