  • Bowed due to poor shipping design
The first photo you are looking at is a picture of this product on top of a different kind of LVP that is not bowed, on top of a glass table. I’m holding down one side and you can see the right side is completely up off the other piece by the time you get to the end. The flashlight is way behind it and you can see it clearly between the straight one and this bowed product. The second photo is the way they were packed inside the outer shipping boxes which I hope will help Lucida understand how it caused them to bow. They were suspended by the sides with the center of the heavy LVPs unsupported for who knows how long. I’ve done LVP before but was having an impossible time clicking these together and I think the bowing caused by the packing method is why. Maybe the locking seam material is bright white because it contains limestone which is white, but with this very dark floor, it “seams” (lol see what I did there) it would show up very brightly ans call a lot of attention to it if all the seams weren’t perfect or they shifted. I couldn’t use the flooring due to the bowing and time constraints but in the end Lucida’s customer service went above and beyond to help me so I’m upgrading my review to 5 stars even though I ended up not using it. ... show more

  • Love These!
I have been searching for some click lock tiles for the bathroom that we're not only attractive to look at but actually waterproof and durable. I decided to give these a try. We purchase the Holland Gray and the color was spot on to the photographs which was a huge relief because we were trying to match some very specific tones. We were completely impressed right out of the box with how quality the tiles feel. We recently had our bedroom redone in a hardwood version of this from a flooring store and these are on par with that quality which was a much higher price product. They do lock together quite easily but I will agree with other reviewers that getting them to stay that way while you add additional tiles can become a little frustrating. It takes a lot of patience for sure but is absolutely worth it to take your time and get everything in place the way you would like because it looks magnificent when completed! After completing the install, I reached out to customer service to ask a few questions about aftercare and they were prompt and polite in answering. We have another bathroom to renovate soon and I will not hesitate to purchase these tiles again from this company. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • I really wanted these to work.
Unfortunately, they did not lock together. I asked for help from seller and community, and they to see if I could use any type of adhesive and they said we do not recommend any adhesive anywhere on the product (it would not hold up in warranty) community answered from a few buyers who had the same problem and had to use adhesive. Seller also said, if I did not read the manufactures instructions, they would send me a new copy. Prior to asking I read the instructions multiple times because I thought for sure I was doing something wrong. The seams would seem to lock and be flush only to come undone when I installed other rows showing the white locking system, it was maddening. I took it apart and back together multiple times same issue. I request a refund and Amazon was great and said of course they could see the conversation. I am waiting for sellers' response/shipping label which was "do you want us to let you know if any box is damaged" which means to me they are going to try to get out of the refund in some way IMO. They are all going back in original packing. I did have to cut a few end pieces but how else could I tell if the floor was going to lock or not? Hopefully this will not be an issue, and they refund without an argument. I will update to let you all know how the refund turned out. The floor is nice and very solid/hard to scratch. The locking system is the problem, it just falls apart or does not work at all. II addended my review. The seller credited me immediately for the defective product. ... show more

  • Love the flooring
Wanted a texture for the bathroom so it wouldn't be slippery. This works wonderful. Installation compares to any other flooring like this. Tedious but with patience it went together good.

worst flooring Ive ever bought

  • Very attractive
It took me a minute to get the hang of clicking them together, but it wasn't too difficult. Use a rubber mallet and block. They have a thick rubber backing that makes them comfortable to walk on, but they do not have adhesive. They don't actively repel dirt as much as some other LVT flooring I've had, but the pattern hides dirt really well. I'm very pleased with how the floor came out. Update: It's 2024, the floor has been down for 2 1/2 years, and it has held up really well. It's a mud room/pantry, with lots of folks tromping in and out with dirty boots, and the floor is not scratched. All kinds of stuff including chain saw bar oil, rust, crusty food, and cat puke cleans up with a scrubby sponge and a little water. I'm very happy with it. ... show more

  • Hard to install
It is hard to install. Moves a lot while trying to install it. It has a very nice cushioned backing. Nice to walk on. It is hard to get scuff marks off to clean it. It is beautiful but it is hard to keep clean. I have to work hard on black shoe scuff marks to get them off. I love the way it looks but wish it was easier to get clean. ... show more

  • Great product! DIY TIPS!
Arrived on time, looks great. Testing indicates it is not as slippery as other similar flooring we have looked at. DIY Tips: *Measure your room (Check your measurements!) *Double check products measurements! You will likely look at many different products and it is very easy to use the wrong dimensions (yes, I made this mistake) *Use an online flooring calculator to determine how may boxes you need. *Order extra! There will be waste depending on the lay out used and broken tiles. *Expect some broken tiles. These you can still be used by cutting then to fit small areas etc. and why you want to order extra. *More than a one or two boxes will be shipped common carrier (semi truck). * Some suggest using a carpenters knife to cut this type of flooring. Do not bother, use a miter saw. ... show more
