I bought these "Lucida Surfaces Luxury Vinyl Floor Tiles | Glue Down Adhesive Flooring | 18 Textured Look Plank" a year ago for my basement floor as a DIY project. This turned out to be a $2k+ mistake. In addition to a huge waste of time, as I am already planning to cover them. Here's why: -Some of the tiles are slightly shorter than the others, and they do not line up properly -The adhesive recommended for these tiles is extremely difficult to work with and never really dries -They are thick and not easy to cut, even with the additional tools purchased for this project -The tile surface scratches easily, although they are thick, they will not hold up to normal traffic.
