The cover is made of 250 thread count 100 percent cotton percale for a soft, breathable surface. Periodically fluff by hand or place in the dryer on low to increase the amount of air trapped within the down alternative, improving the loft and comfort. Topper features piped edges and an ultra-thick elastic strap on each corner to secure it to the mattress. For convenience, fiber bed topper can be machine washed and dried.

Was told UPS would pick up and even though it came compressed in a, bursting /taped / damaged box, they said UPS would repackage it when the driver came for pickup. -NOT- UPS driver does not repackage. I was told if UPS wouldn’t take it that way, decompressed to 3 times size when came, “I” had to deal with UPS. It was Amazons problem not mine. So since I could not re box, I’m keeping the “to big” topper and they gave me a small credit. Be aware, if you order a topper, mattress from any store/seller and it is decompressed, you have to repackage, Driver Said They Do Not Rewrap or Pickup as is. This is the third Lucid topper I’ve ordered, and it WON’T be the last. This topper is so luxurious! It actually turned a terrible dorm mattress into a very comfy bed. I was not sure about this topper, but after sleeping on it for a week I'm addicted, can't wait to go to bed, I feel royalty sleeping on it. I also got a 3 inch cooling mattress memory foam, I opened them both and let them breathe for 2 days, I put them on top of my amazing but firm mattress and OMG I sleeped like a baby. I researched then bought two Lucid 3 mattress toppers. One for a King bed and one for a full. They arrived in a timely manner. I am usually skeptical of a topper because I have had several over the years I have tried and returned. This topper made tge grade: A for adding some softness to a firm bed and A for adding softness without sinking to a full bed where we thought about replacing but need to decide if we want another full or bump to a queen(and find a good deal on a good mattress). Very please with the level of support. The compartments of alternative down do not slide out of place because of the construction and individual compartments. No odor upon opening the packaging. Easy to fluff and does not remain compressed. The sleep center websites stated a 3 inch topper and they were right. Anything less really isn’t worth it. This is the one for us, and it provides whole body support. Aches and pains subside, pressure points are minimized if not gone. We feel like we get to sleep cozy and comfy, not hot to sleep on either! ... show more
