I purchased this sup for my daughter to see if paddle boarding is really an interest. It was an immediate hit and she did enjoy using it right away. It is very strong and i was able to inflate it in about 10 minutes using the pump that came with it. As others have stated, it came with a few instructions as to how I should handle leaking around the fill valve as well as what to do if the pressure gage didn't work. I noticed right away that I was missing the coiled strap, and my pressure gage didn't work at all. I attempted to contact the seller by phone using the number provided but was instructed to send a message through Amazon. I did so, only to receive a message back stating that the seller was no longer with Amazon. It had only been 48 hours since I received the product. I am usually critical of reviews that rate things low because of bad service but I can't rate this any higher if I have to deal with missing parts and now know that there won't be any warranty for my purchase. Over all, it seems good, I'd just be willing to buy from someone else who will be there tomorrow if I need them. ... show more

This is my first paddle board and I must say, I have taken it 3 times on the lake the first week I got it. Easy set up and very handy. Hubby also used it, who weighs about 195lbs and it worked great for him also. The instruction does not indicate actual PSI but the pump has a color guide, when you get to green line, which is about 20 psi, is where we stop pumping, maybe a bit before. It's sturdy and well made. The paddle did come without the latch, but seller was able to provide replacement cost. I like that it has the rope storage on both front and back side of the board. This also included a back pack to story the paddle board when inflated. Great product. ... show more

very fine board, was very tough to inflate so bought an electric pump. Had an issue with an accessory and the seller was was able to get me a replacement. Great seller!

I am an avid kayaker that wanted to try stand up paddle boarding. I got this one because of the great price and wow, to say I am surprised is an understatement. This thing comes with everything you need to try, board, backpack, pump, skeg, paddle and leash for less than a decent paddle from other places. No, it's not professional quality, but it is amazing for a beginner to intermediate paddler or someone who does it infrequently. It does take a little while to pump up, but once you do it is amazingly rock solid. I has worked perfectly for people from 100lbs all the way to 260lbs. I can't wait to keep using this thing and I have no worries that it'll last, it's built stout. This is a no-brainer to buy ... show more

A friend showed me the one they got and I had to order right away! Arrived quickly, and was able to take it out on the water over the weekend. Blowing it up took a little more time than I thought it would, but once fully inflated, I was really impressed with how solid it felt. The bag that comes with it holds all the accessories with room to spare. The adjustable oar is certainly better quality than I was expecting for the price too! I read some reviews and was a little skeptical, but I’m impressed how sturdy and solid this is. It took about 6 mins to pump it up. I didn’t have a probably putting the fin inserted without having to use a hair blower. I understand about the end being curved up, but it was windy today using it and it didn’t cause me any issues.     • Good deal, but no leash attachment point
I'm very impressed except for one problem. Maybe that's why this is so cheap. Why include a leash but not provide any attachment point on the board? I unboxed everything when it arrived. All seemed in order. I inflated it 80% with an air mattress inflator (and it wouldn't go any farther). Then had to pump about 100 times to get the air pressure to 8 lbs with the included pump. The fin would not slide in, but there was a paper in the box explaining that you need to heat the slot with a hairdryer the first time you intesert the fin. That worked well. I hope I don't have to do that every time. Another paper in the box pointed to the included teflon tape and valve wrench in case the valve was leaking. Seemed weird. But mine isn't leaking, so no biggie. The included backpack is thin but adequate. I probably won't use the SUP enough to wear it out. If I do, I won't feel bad about buying a better one. The paddle seems fine, but I haven't been in the water yet. That trip is a month away. The only real disappointment is that there is no leash attachment point, and they won't answer my question about where I'm supposed to attach it. ... show more
