  • Helps with fuel mileage
Size: 1 Quart Style: Cleaner
This product works well. It cleans injectors and carburators, and gives you a few more mile to the gallon. Much cheaper way to clean the fuel system in your vehicle. Pays for itself in the mileage you gain.

Pros: purchased Jan 31, 2024 still last till today, 3/27/2024. how i used, i purchased the smaller 1 quart from walmart and pour into it ever time i used. When i am almost empty my gas. It's easy and convenient this way for me. -The gas mileage seems to have improved by 4, given the age of 2006 rave4 after usage of more than a month Cons: price are a bit pricey compare to other brand ... show more

  • Another no brainer from Lucas
Size: 1 Gallon Style: 1 Pack
Let me start off by saying I can't speak to the MPG increase that others claim - I'm not saying that it isn't there, but all of my machines are gas guzzlers at heart to the point I simply don't pay attention. That said, I add Lucas Fuel Treatment to everything I own from my C8 Corvette, my boat with the 496 MAG HO, truck, jet skis, mowers, pressure washer, 4 wheelers, side by side, etc. Along with some other 5 star products that I'll mention below. My primary reason for use is it's an upper cylinder lubricant. I do also run SeaFoam Marine in all of my equipment as well mainly for cleaning and fuel stabilization - I prefer Marine over the original SeaFoam because it does not contain alcohol. I'm not saying that Lucas doesn't do the above because it does, but Lucas is much thicker making it a better lubricant (in my opinion) where SeaFoam Marine is somewhat thinner and to me the cleaning properties are a lot better as that's what it was designed to do years ago. You can mix and match these as you please, and you can't overdose your engine. Here's my strategy: Lucas Fuel Treatment: great upper cylinder lubricant for heavy use situations (high RPM use like 4 wheeler engines, tracking your car, heavy towing etc) Add pretty much every time I fill up, and I add a heavy dose to my truck before I do any towing. Also keep topped up on Lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer. SeaFoam Marine: one of the best injector/carburetor cleaners you can use and an equally good fuel stabilizer. I've added this to 2 stroke fuel mix for my weed eater almost 4 years ago on the same fuel and still runs flawlessly. I add to my road vehicles every so often for cleaning and before any long term storage, however I add to my smaller engines almost every fill up (ATVs, UTVs, mower, jet skis, etc) If you don't want to spend the extra money on SF Marine, the original is still fantastic. But if you are running non-ethanol fuel in your small engines, it makes sense to use the Marine so you don't add any alcohol to your fuel. Had a hesitating fuel injected 4 wheeler that had been sitting for months, stalling at idle. Added a HEAVY dose of SF Marine through it (to the point I could smell it burning out of the exhaust), did a few 3/4 throttle runs up and down the road and it cleared it out quickly. Ran as normal it for the rest of the trip and completely eliminated the stalling/hesitation. STAR BRITE Star Tron: when heavy cleaning is needed. Have injectors or carbs that are heavily clogged and gummed up? This stuff should loosen it up. Minimal lubricant properties, only use when needed. All in all, you can't go wrong with anything from Lucas or the above brands. I've tried to turn people on to these before and have been met with "it's snake oil, not needed" however I haven't had a SINGLE fuel issue in anything I own since following this strategy. Today's fuel sucks and a little preventative maintenance goes a long way. ... show more

  • A credible reputation
Size: 1 Gallon Style: 1 Pack
I used oil conditioner in the past, in high mileage truck, to stem oil consumption. I no longer have to add oil between changes. Fuel conditioner requires a couple of (Gallon) applications to get best result.

  • Best Fuel Treatment for the Money
Size: 5.25 Ounce Style: 1 Pack
I’ve used Lucas Oil products for decades. Their products work, and this is no different. I use it my truck, motorcycle, and lawn tractor periodically. Very satisfied with results.

  • Great product.
Size: 1 Gallon Style: 1 Pack
I have used it for 1998 BMW (149,500 miles) and it appears to run better and get a little better mileage as well. I have also used it in my 2014 BMW (69,000 miles). A few months ago had a possible problem with spark plugs and ignition coils and the product seems to have helped.

  • This is a "MUST HAVE" product. It "Works Beyond my Expectations!"
Size: 1 Gallon Style: 1 Pack
Every Fall, our shop services personal watercraft for the Winter. This requires "fogging" the engine, draining oil, and draining the gas out of the gas tank. When the customer comes to pick-up his Sea Doo, we ask them if they want the gas that came out their tank. Some do and some don't. We always worn them that there may be water mixed into the fuel. One day I put 8 to 10 gallons of used gas into my truck. In less than a mile, my truck starts making noise, and started bucking, and stopping, then just running barely over an idle. I "barely made it through the intersection!" I had about a quarter mile to go. I had to use my 4-way flashers, I was barely going 10 mph. Finally, I made it to the front of my driveway, and it quit. I walked to my garage and grabbed a long funnel and the gallon container of "Lucas Oil, Fuel treatment." I removed the gas cap, put the long funnel into the opening, Then a splash of the Lucas fuel treatment. I started the truck. It sputtered for 30 seconds or more. Then, you could Just Feel the Treatment doing its job. It idled perfectly. I got into my truck and drove to my garage to pick up a 3 gallon can of gas that I purchased for my lawn mower. Off to the gas station I went. As I was driving, it drove so smooth, I never pulled into a gas station till the end of the week. YES, I highly believe in "Lucas Oil Fuel treatment." ... show more
