Super easy to switch out on a 2003 Jeep. Much cheaper than what I was seeing at the retail shops around me. After install tested it and it is putting out the correct amounts so I am overall very happy. Time will tell if it can go the distance. Only negative is that they shipped it in a box with no padding and the black plastic parts had gotten smashed up in shipping.     • Hard to fit
Where it sat on the bracket on the bottom I had to grind down one side so it would fit it was too tight it wouldn't fit other than that very worth the money

    • The electrical plug was broken
The alternator works well but the plugs plastic housing was busted on arrival I had to zip it down. Works good but really tough to get over the bracket mount.

    • had to grind down mounting braket
this did not quite fit my 2004 Gr Cherokee 4.0L I had to grind down the mounting bracket on the Jeep. Jury still out on longevity however.
