The media could not be loaded. I purchased this alternator on 1/24/24. After 1 year + 3 months it started making a grinding noise. I had the part removed to get tested. I was told the fan was rubbing against something. Unfortunately, it only has a 1 year warranty. I expected this alternator to last longer than my 2011 Toyota Rav4 @ 160K miles. The cost for the alternator is reasonable, but labor cost to remove and replace (again) hurts. This is remanufactured and it doesn’t say it on the title. ... show more

This alternator was bought for my sister's car and it was the right match the only reason I gave it 4 stars is cuz im the one that had to install it witch I didn't have a problem with i had the old one out and the new one in in about an hour and a half that how easy it was unlike my cars alternator witch to awhile due to getting the right one and the placement of where my alternator is located i just realy didn't want to be the one to install hers but I would have her get this one again if she ever needs another ... show more

My Camry which has 270k miles on it had the battery light come on. I found this on Amazon and it had a reasonable price. It arrived quickly and packaged well. I installed it with no issues and no more battery light. I now get 13.9V at the battery which is within specs. I should mention my battery is 6 years old. That voltage could be higher if I had a newer battery. This is also very quiet. My old alternator was making a slight whining noise. Only time will tell if it lasts. ... show more

If I could put 0 stars I would. I bought and installed this alternator less than 4 months ago and had to tow my car to the mechanic due to a loud noise when the car was running. Mechanic told me that the alternator had failed because of a seized bearing. Product says that there is a 1 year hassle free warranty but when you click more info, it says to contact the seller directly. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone to figure out how to return this faulty alternator or get my money back. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ... show more
