My doctor wanted me to use a brace to help diagnose my back pain. I decided on this one because it seemed like it would offer much support,. After a week I was VERY happy I chose it. Great support, comfortable, and the back plate was not too tall for my back. Being 5ft. 2in. 170lbs. braces always run too tall and many times are tall enough to get stuck under my clavicles This one fits perfect. The pulley system helps keep the brace snug,and the removable front plate keeps me from bending in the right spot. A size L/XL is the PERFECT fit. The only problem I had was after 30 days the side belts started to lose their rigidness. I called Amazon, and they made it right. I would suggest this brace hands down .

It’s hard to say I LOVED this product when it is being used post lumbar surgery, but I what I can say is the support seems amazing, I feel it is helping to keep my posture straight and helps to keep things aligned. It has only been two days since wearing the support brace but so far so good. It is very easy to put on and off, to adjust to the size I need it to be; I love the pulley cords which allows me to adjust the tightness. I will be wearing this back brace for some time so will write a new review later down the road. Susan K

I'm 6'2, and I got the extra large. It is a little bulky to wear under work clothes. But it provides excellent support. Also helps with posture which increases pain relief. I would have given it 5 stars but as I said it is bulky and hard to wear under your clothes and not be noticed. It is also a little long down your back even with strap adjustment to bring it higher on your back. I have DDD in L1,T12 and T11. Helped reduce pain due to support. Good product, would be 5 stars if not so bulky and had a better fit, but great for support and pain relief.

I just had to give my kudos to this particular back brace, I knew the moment I put it on and strapped it up that it was the single-most user friendly, comfortable, and supportive back brace I had ever put on, and with my 25-year medical history of chronic herniated discs (such as the lower back going out, sometimes to the tune of a 911 ambulance ride followed by epidural pain blocks), and several high end orthopedic "cages" (which insurance paid for but was estimated to be around $6-700 if no insurance), it is my experience which informs me that this model is by far the best designed, lightest, strongest, most comfortable and not so bad to look at if wearing outside of clothes. I wear a black v-neck cotton t-shirt beneath it and I experience no discomfort whatsoever I am able to sit with it on as well as stand, walk and carry my musical instruments and speakers and what it does is covers and compress not just my lower back, but my lower and upper abdominal muscles, simulating the effect as if I was actually not overweight and out of shape: tightens and secures everything down there so I feel its strength making up for my lack of strength, securing my day so I won't have to worry about throwing my back out as I did a few days ago, before I ordered this wonderful back support,

Unfortunately I could NOT accommodate it to finish putting it on, the Pain in my Lower Back is Terrible, but the Work I went through the only 2 times I tried to put it on (without results) was WORSE, and now as if it were not enough, the Return I did , does NOT appear . I delivered it Complete, exactly as I received 8/7 , did the Return on Tuesday the 17th in the morning, along with 7 other Items (clothes and Shoes) that did not work for me, 2 hours after I got home I received the Amazon Confirmation for the other 7 Items, but No For the Back Brace, I decided to wait until the next day to call Amazon Customer Service, I had to Read and Repeat to the Amazon Representative the 8 # and letters of my Return that appear on my receipt from the UPS Office, as well as listen to her read them and repeat them to me, to finally tell me that I must wait at least another week to see if the Return clears up. This is very Unpleasant because the Price is enough and I am already almost 59 and I am working very Hard, to have this Sum Missing, it is already 8/20 and I still do not have News of my Return, I imagine that I continue to wait and contact the CS from Amazon Again next week . So think very hard before ordering this Item , because is a Hustle . Good luck to all
