I have some battery powered tools and wanted a metal cutting blade for bar stock. So, when this became available, I decided to order it and try it. Here is what I found: 1. The blade appears to be well made. One thing you need to pay attention to is that the arbor hole is too large for a skill saw, so they include a spacing washer! That washer is EASILY lost as you open the package if you are NOT careful!!!!! Do NOT use the blade without that washer!! 2. The way they printed the blade is backwards from a lot of blades. The printed side goes in and not outside for the rotation to be correct. VERIFY this on your own saw!!! DO NOT use it incorrectly as it will cause all sorts of problems and possible injury. 3. Once correctly assembled, the blade works well with the bar stock that I am working with. Time will tell how long the blade lasts, but right now, I am happy with it. I removed one star for the easily lost washer and for the blade printing.

Metal roofing is my new thing. I have been putting metal roofs on my house and some other buildings since it's easy to install and lasts a very long time. Cutting it is a pain unless you have one of these blades. It makes a lot of noise but not as much as an angle grinder with a metal wheel. I use this blade with a brushless Ryobi 6.5" saw. The blade goes in label first and you have to use the washer. It's easy to use and cuts wonderfully. There are little chips of metal flying every where so I recommend welding gloves. I've got some TIG gloves that have thick sleeves on them yet soft pliable fingers. I use them when cutting since the sleeved protect my right arm from flying metal and I still have great control of the saw. I've been successful at making plunge cuts with this blade. It takes a bit of practice but the results are worth it.

I did two cuts and was surprised it does not go very well. Just to find out that almost all the teeth went out. This is definitely for metal.

I have a vast amount of experience both professionally, and non-professionally in woodworking, and have a super elaborate shop, thanks for shopping on Amazon for major equipment for a lot of years. I was surprised when I saw one of my favorites You Tube channels cutting some pretty heavy gauge steel with a circular saw; it went through it no problem. So, I have been looking forward to getting a metal cutting saw blade for the circular saw for some time now. I have been cutting my metal with an air driven panel cutter for the sheet metal stuff, and with a 4 1/2" grinder for the heavier stuff; that of course has its limitations trying to follow a line. A circular saw is much better for getting straight line cuts. This is a nice thin blade. I have some repair work to do on my Myco boat trailer, and it will come in handy.

I've had other Lshuziyu blades that have worked well for me and this one looks like it will too. The build quality is uniformly high and I have to think these are made on a CNC manufacturing line because there is no evidence of hand work that I can see. The plate is flat with .004" (.1mm) TIR runout. The teeth are uniformly ground and the brazing line on each is clean and thin. The tooth grind is what I would call "alternating chamfer", like alternating top bevel but a steeper bevel and only for about 1/3 of the tooth width. The rest of each tooth is flat on top. Each tooth has what I would call a "depth-gage" on it, like a raker on a chainsaw chain, that limits the depth of cut to .040" (1mm). That's a pretty hefty chip load so I expect these are only engaged under very heavy feed, so more like a safety mechanism. Overall, I'd say well-made in China and I would definitely recommend and get another if I wore this one out.
