This helmet was just what I was looking for. It is probably the most comfortable bicycle helmet that I've ever bought. It fits just right and I like how the tinted visor comes down at the right spot on my face to where it does not impede my vision at all. It is lightweight yet rugged and has a nice finish. Every other xl sized . Mind u full helmets hurt my head This one fits comfortably. Light weight shade works easily. With the ear pads in even rode in 38° f. Weather So have a wind shield. Quality seems good. with out the ear pads the wind is noisy. Less with them installed but not quiet. Vents on a hot day so the job Excellent value

Was nervous purchasing this helmet as we rise in extreme hot temperatures here in the Middle East, however it was comfortable and the top vent was helpful. The sunshade is also well made and didn’t need to where sun glasses. Overall highly recommended

Very nice looking helmet and the black flag graphic is excellent. Unfortunately, that is offset by the large "LS2" logo right in the front center. (A 3" x 5" sample of 3M Deep Matte Black vinyl will cover the logo nicely..) Feels good and fits my somewhat oval head well although I am on the border between L and XL and went down to the L based on past experience. I was expecting more cooling from the vent but could barely tell it was open, even when standing on the floorboards with my head well above the windshield. Maybe the cooling will be more noticeable when it's not 90 degrees outside. On the plus side, I had no significant buffeting even when purposely putting my head into the wind stream. The movable visor comes very close to my glasses and I see myself only using it just partly down to help when the sun is just below the peak (be sure to remove protective film for clarity). At 40 ounces (actual weight), it's one of the heaviest half-helmets I own. It is well balanced but still heavy. Also, is fairly large but doesn't really cause a "mushroom head" appearance. Overall, a good helmet.

I bought this helmet to replace a Scorpion EXO C110 which was a good helmet and one that I had purchased several times before. On a whim I decided to try a new model and manufacturer and I am so glad I did. This helmet fits perfectly- at least for my head shape- feels a bit lighter and offers a buckle fastener. With the Scorpion I would set the head strap and then squeeze my head into the helmet so I would not have to mess with the strap every time. The drop down visor system and removable liner are features shared by both helmets- I prefer the Scorpion visor-the LS2 has an edge on the bottom of the visor which is noticeable and somewhat distracting. Overall a very nice helmet and for me an improvement over my Scorpions.

Make sure you measure your head because it fits to the measurements. I would give it a 4 and half stars because of the visor build into it. The visor does not go down as far as I would like it to go to protect my eyes but I wear glasses anyway so I do use it. But it is something to think about if that is why you are buying this helmet. Other wise the fit and the padding in it are great. It does not move on my head and feels great.

The helmet is well made. The price point is there and esthetically it's pretty good. Not very heavy, the attached sun shade is a great idea (in my opinion) There's ample padding, straps and ratchet clip are great. The drawback for me, was the very high "Mushroom head " the helmet has. It just looked HUGE on my head. It fit well (size M) as per the size chart it was spot on! Just couldn't get past the Mushroom head. So I returned it the day I received it. I'm sure it's a fine helmet. Just not my look as far as style goes.

I measured my noggin, followed the sizing instructions and the helmet fit like a glove. I loved the fit, style, ,function and form. I loved everything so much, that I will be purchasing LS2's Modular Helmet: the Advant X Carbon.
